Every time I look at Arduino stuff I think 'Man, with this a teacher could make a really fun class for Junior High or High School kids!' I'd have taken a class like that and now with the Gameduino I bet a lot more kids would want to take a class using this hardware. In the US schools are always looking for ways to push the math and sciences and I think this would be a start.
I was looking for something just like this! (actually I've been looking for a device with loads of raz, like at least 800*600, but meh).
Thanks for posting this!
I may just be getting one of these. This plus MicroVGA=awesome. But not together of course.
Gah, even just for democoding. The onboard J1 as a coprocessor (for blitting) is genius. Too bad we don't get more than 128 instructions (128 is PLENTY, don't get me wrong. But more would still be sweet!).
Looks like I might be adding hardware SPI to my DIY computer(from _scratch_, not just mobo+cpu+ram = done).
But first I gotta sort out the damn ALU. To everyone: Don't take your 'crappy' integer add/sub only ALU for granted .
