Seconded. And especially with the huge tab packs around for it.DaveN posted on Sep 5 2006 at 02:43 PM said:The best tab-software probably is guitar pro. I just saw it at a friends house, it shows you the fretboard, the tabs and also outputs a midi or a mp3 file ( with real guitars ).

You should probably get an Epiphone Les Paul Standard. I have one in trans-blue and they are excellent, an d have great tone. You can get them for about £300 new.Draken posted on Aug 28 2006 at 08:34 PM said:Sorry for hijacking the thread for a moment, but does anyone know any relatively simple things (like videogame music as said ) to play on guitar? (I'll try out the mgs theme)
I've started playing last week (Trying to learn chords, finger fastness, etc, I can play a few camp songs but that has nearly no sattisfaction) on a guitar I borrowed.
Once I have some money (and I got my gp2x...), I'll get a quality guitar (Gibson Les Paul?) and call her Lucille.
