this version of mame thats in the competition, is it the old build that has been around for a while or has there been development on this emu recently, anyone got to test it?
if it has been updated would be interesting to know what its capibile of, haven't heard any details on this emu for ages

I am curious about the contst version also.

When I think about MAME, I am most interested in the 1978-1984 stuff, which I think the GP32 could handle well speedwise.

As good as newer MAME emulation is (Street Fighter II, NEO GEO, etc), I would be tickled pink with the early 80's stuff.

I guess my age is showing through! {smiley}

Talking about old stuff, any word on anyone attempting Intellivision or Odyssey2 emulators. UFO on the Odyssey2 was the best use of 2K I ever saw!
