doom fxe and wad...what next

okay....i have the doom fxe that i downloaded from this website, and i have the wad file that is in the game folder of my shareware version. what is the next step i should take?

1) Rename the wad to Doom1.wad (if it isn't already)
2) Upload the .fxe to gp:\\gpmm\
3) Upload the WAD to gp:\\game\doom\

4) Run Doom.fxe via the freelauncher (or however you want to if you've flashed your fw)

dont rename it to doom1.wad, it has to be doom.wad because if you got doom from here, it is the old version, only v5 has support for diff wads.
