Do you know/use DSO nano ?

Not specifically no, but I've never seen a handheld scope that's anything like as useful as even an old second-hand CRT-based scope.  I'm no expert though, only really watched a few youtube techporn reviews.

I saw that a while ago, but I picked up an XMEGA Protolab (Tiny fits in a DIP package on a solderless breadboard) and then later a Xminilab Portable... They both have the same sampling rates, comparable wave form generator, logic analyzer..etc.  as the DSO Nano, but have a more crude display... I figure I have a hand me down mid 80's 300Mhz Textronixs bench scope if I need to do anything serious..

I have a DSO Nano .. its really only good for very simple things, as its not got the bandwidth for a lot of the stuff you might poke with it.  I use mine for analog/audio circuits mostly, only ..

I've actually used that small DIP package oscilloscope at work a few times.. mostly when I was learning the program language for a new semiconductor tester and needed some feedback to make sure when I program up specific supplies they turn on, check if the dummy test pattern I wrote works as intended and such.  I also use this Oscilloscope Pro Android software which has support for the Gabtronic devices and it can control just about every aspect of the scope via the phone's USB connection, it also could capture the data into a CSV file.

But outside of that It's a good hobby device, still need a serious scope for most things.
