AnandTech have reviewed the Baytrail SOC which is being released in tablets soon.- Like the Toshiba Encore coming in November for $330 or the Asus Transformer T100 being released at stores on Oct 18th. http://www.theverge.com/2013/9/11/4720944/asus-transforming-t100-tablet-promises-11-hours-of-windows-8-for-just

Here is their lengthy review of it :

Windows performance and Benchmarks: http://www.anandtech.com/show/7314/intel-baytrail-preview-intel-atom-z3770-tested/2

Android performance and Benchmarks:  http://www.anandtech.com/show/7314/intel-baytrail-preview-intel-atom-z3770-tested/3

Conclusion: http://www.anandtech.com/show/7314/intel-baytrail-preview-intel-atom-z3770-tested/4

Looks like it will have good battery life, great CPU performance (probably lead the pack ahead of ARM offerings) and average iPad 4 type graphics performance - The S800 or the T4 should be better for graphics

Quotes:

"From our SoC measurements it looks like Bay Trail’s power consumption under heavy CPU load ranges from 1W - 2.5W, putting it on par with other mobile SoCs that we’ve done power measurements on"

I would be more interested in the thermal side of things - a tablet offers a lot more possibilities to cool things down than the P2.
