Hi,

I updated my statically recompiled games.

List of changes:

Albion v1.0.1:
* minor bug fixes
* speed optimizations

Warcraft beta3:
* minor bug fixes
* speed optimizations
+ separate executables for Floppy and CD versions

X-COM 1 v1.0.2:
* minor bug fixes
* speed optimizations

X-COM 2 v1.0.1:
* minor bug fixes
* speed optimizations
* fix for music playing

Files in the archive:
Albion
Warcraft: Orcs & Humans
X-COM: UFO Defense
X-COM: Terror from the Deep

Im hoping to have the wiz version's packaged up for release later today. I have all the source changes done, I just need to do the testing and repackaging. But I can say so far I can see the effect of the new speed optimizations.

Really great work M-HT, as usual :)

Update: wiz version are uploaded, just need to be approved

Thanks for the updates, I've been playing a ton of X-COM in my tent while on the road here in Maine :)

Is static recompilation a parsing of the original binary and creation of a new binary with the corresponding assembly code and interrupts?

Basically yes. It's also called static binary translation, if you want to search it on internet.
