The chance of XGP=Vaporware is very very high. From a reliable source, I heard that GP is going through very difficult time in terms of man power and finances. they are not sure whether they can launch GPkiDS not to mention XGP and mini. As a person who used to have faith in them, it is kinda...
I was surfing the net and found this article posted at the following address

Just wanted to share the information.
that's what I thought. But I just wanted to make sure if what EvilDragon has said were true and came from GP. Otherwise, he is spreading a false rumor (or prediction if you prefer) of the company in intention of defamation.
Korea opened its markets to Japanese companies way before Play Station was launched. There were several items which were (still are) not allowed to be imported to Korea. Those items are not limited to the products of Japan but products from different nations. But you are right about Korea market...
From what I have heard, developing portable system isn't the only skill they have. I heard that they are making money by doing some offshore work and outsourcing work. In addition, korean cell phones may have more multimedia stuff but when it comes to cell phone games, they are no better than...
If you don’t understand why people are talking about “vaporware”, you shouldn’t be here reading what people have said about XGP. No one is putting a gun against you. Also, about a year ago, did you know the exact launch date of Nintendo and Sony’s next generation console? No. You would probably...
from what I have heard, gamepark is planning to do "open beta tests". I am not sure if they are handing out dev kits to users or just to professional developers. the beta test will start few days before or after the GC in Germany.
btw, their booth is located at hall2 g70.
It's not important notice.
It says, thank you for having interest and for your support. It also says that game park’s homepage is now open and should be updated soon.
forgot to mention this but I have been seeing the same notice since april. it's old notice.
if things work out well as gamepark planned, pre-order will start right before or after game convention in Germany. Oh btw, they are attending gc germany so if you are interested, please go there and get some information about XGP. And don’t forget to share it with us.
Let’s say, if there isn’t any DOS games that will run properly on 320X240 resolutions or 480X272 like you, DaveC and other people have said, people like us, professional and amateur developers and game loving people, can make the DOS games run properly on 320X240. Isn’t this what emul-possible...
The video was taken by two people at GAMEPARK. There are a lot more engineers than 2 working on XGP Series
As a person who is dying to get XGP when it comes out and have seen what XGP is capable of in person, I hate to say that I agree with what DaveC has commented on XGP and PSP.
I did play...
these footage were recorded by the two employees at the GAMEPARK yesterday. The one who controlled the XGP when the footage were taken wasn't an expert Quake player so this might be the reason for what seemed a bit slow graphics. Furthermore, the game was played with walk mode, not run mode...
