Right, the Neo Geo Pocket Stick (with microswitches) was really great. I'm dreaming about this stick on the GP2X...
I tried to find the references but I neverfound it, maybe this part was designed/manufactured by SNK.
From an electronic point of view, It is really easy to interface a "8 ways, 4 switchs" in place of the original "8 ways, 8 switchs".
I didn't think about it for a long time but I'm rather sure that a "4 to 16 demultiplexer" chip will do the job...
So if we can find good "8 ways, 4 switchs"...
Does anybody know what joystick references were used into the Neo Geo Pocket and the GP32?
It would be great to find it as spare part.
The biggest problem to change the joystick for another model is much more finding a good one than doing an electronic interface to mount it on the GP2X...
I really don't think so... My GP2x is always in the official GP2X case and I'm not a brutal guy :)
I think that because I play with it about 3 hours a day (it's a long way to go to work :/ ) this problem appeared faster.

When I use gngeo2x with big roms (garoup for exemple), some lags occured during the game. Obviously these lags comes from the gfx (dumped with dumpgfx) beeing streamed from the SDCard.
