I just received mine as well, so we're not through day 1. My confirmation email data:

I agree with the people who think we shouldn't talk about the queue. Frankly, it seems to be less than impressively organised, even considering one-nubbers and whatever... And all this guesswork just makes people nervous. At least me, since I am supposed to be at "approximate queue position 750...
I can understand how some people are going to say that the Pandora is expensive. It is. We are paying a premium for being part of a project with a scope of 4000 units. To compare with Sony is just ridiculous. I would be seriously surprised if they ever made a product in less than 4000000 units.
I'm waiting for a Day 1 Preorder, and I'm ok with this solution. If you go with the above suggestion of a $200 extra, I'll go for that. I was going to donate the difference between actual cost and what I paid anyway, but I'd rather pay a little extra and perhaps get a different sticker or whatever.
