Upgrading Firmware To 2.10 - Do You Need To Delete The Old Skin Files?

Most important: make sure you name the directory Skin, not Skins or something else. I made a directory Skins, and but it was not working. I removed the "s", and it's working great now: it's name-sensitive.

Gp2x Mk2: Which Issues Are Really Fixed?

According to Gamershell: Admittedly the GP2X has been on the market for a while, but the recently released mk2 fixes many of the less than ideal issues and generally improves things like battery life and so on. This are the changes according to Play-Asia: -New display -Larger (more grippy)...

Gp2x New Revision: Will It Come Soon?

As we all know, there are a few little problems with the device (joystick etc). I wonder if we will see a revision of the GP2X soon, with the existing issues fixed. In other words: is it wise to wait a little longer?

What Kind Of Music Do You Listen To?

    Rechargeable Aa Batteries

I'm wondering if we'll be able to recharge the AA batteries without removing these from the GP2X. I guess not, but it would be a nice feature: just plug the adapter on the handheld, and here you go.....

    The Memory Card Video Recorder

No idea about the price yet. But it's a great tool to fill up easely our SD cards with video, without PC. I think it shouldn't be that expensive, but we have to wait and see...

    The Memory Card Video Recorder

This is a small cool product that connects to your TV and that copies everything it "sees" onto a SD, MS or CF... all in MP4 format and in different sizes for different devices (including the PSP): MPEG-4/320x240/30fps, MPEG-4/368x208/30fps, MPEG-4/640x480/30fps. The device measures 130x150x65...

    Gpmame32 Running With Emulator Geepee32?

Ok, thanks guys! I have to create a virtual smc first: that's a start. I know it will be slow, but I just want to see how it runs on the PC, since I don't have a GP32. I have ordered a GPX2, so I'm playing with the software on the GP32 emulator until the device arrives.

    Gpmame32 Running With Emulator Geepee32?

I'm trying to run GPMAME32 v1.8 with the GP32 emulator GeePee32 v0.43 (running with fw157e.bin) but without succes. The roms were sorted with the GPMAME Copier v0.6 (I have a list of +/- 350 GPMAME32 compatible roms) and copied into the right directory, as described in the read-me. The...

Bit Of A Last Minute Letdown (news)

I bought one of the first japanese PSP units available in January this year (no, not back in 1996... :P ) and I took the risk to be sticked with early bugs and so on. But surprisely, this unit was even better than the new ones which are on sale in every store today. No dead pixels, no...

    Sententia - Gp2x Game

I bought Bejeweled for almost every handheld I've ever had: Palm, Windows Mobile, P910i etc... I've also the PC version (no, not the MSN one)... So I'm quite sure Torikae will become a must have for me. Now, the GP2X doesn't have a touch screen, but I'm sure it will be playable with the...
