Need to disprove a GBA loving liar.

personaly i would be suprised if anyone who owns a GP32 doesn't/hasn't owned a GBA as well. GP32 is obviously more powerful but GBA has better software support. My opinion: buy both B) btw: the GBA nes emu (pocketNES) is superior!

    WinMe

My Win Me machine crashes very often, and due to those lovely people at PC world not giving you the windows installation disc re-installation does little to combat this. i should do what zombie dave says and upgrade.

    Do-able Emulators

maybe im the only one who owned a quickshot supervision then. basicly it was a giant game boy with a movable screen, it also had lots of low quality clones of various popular games at the time (early 1990s) i was a mug and opted for one of these over a gameboy as it was cheaper and the guy told...

    MAME on hold

here here to compare a first generation snes game(SMW) to one of the last mega drive efforts(sonic 3) doesn't seem right, if you compare like with like i think the snes was (is) a better machine but the mega drive did have a lot of quality games, like world cup italia '90. :P ooops. heres...

    gbax.com??? NO THANKS!!! NO WAY!!!

the whole tax thing is a pain, presumably gbax have to pay some sort of importation tax when they get the units, then add VAT when they sell them. without tax i think a GP32 would cost tuppence to buy, well maybe a bit more.

NEW GP32 LIGHT.... is it worth it ?

i think i will be going for the lit version in a few weeks time, its disapointing that living in England its cheaper to order from lik-sang(in hong kong) than gbax though, fricking VAT.

    GP32 Flash player?

A flash player would be good, but a shockwave player would be better, especially as i could make some games then B) . how about using delphi to make applications for this beast? i suppose you would still have to use assembler or something.

    Smart Media Cards

right, cheers for that, there seems to be a lot less SMC on ebay that compact flash, still, needs must as the devil farts in your face. :P

    Smart Media Cards

Is there a difference between smart media cards and compact flash cards?? my digicam uses memory stick so ive never owned either of these types. also can the GP32 handle 256MB + cards???
