    Lik-Sang.com now has FUL units

Play Asia are foreign - somewhere in Asia, naturally. But they ship stuff really fast - I got a Gamecube game within 5 days of placing the order!

NEW GP32 LIGHT.... is it worth it ?

Is GBAX going to offer an upgrade service? Only I am the *last* person that should be let loose near anything electronic and expensive armed with a soldering iron. It *always* goes pear-shaped (well, little lumps of solder and melted plastic -shaped, to be completely accurate).

    Does Movie Park

To fit a whole 2-hour movie on a 128MB smartmedia card, you have to compress it to within an inch of it's life, and yes, you do notice that it's running at less than 10FPS. But what the heck - it's the only way you're going to get a portable movie player short of forking out for one of those...

More for better sound/picture, and less if you don't mind really crunching the files. FWIW, I have a (just) watchable version of Aliens on a SMC that weighs in at about 2 hours, and a...

    VirtualDub Sound Conversion

I'm not sure you *have* to use 32k, 11kHz. I wasn't happy with the sound quality at 11kHz, so have just encoded The Italian Job at 22kHz, and I can hear Caine telling me about blowing the bloody doors off just fine :) I'm pretty sure the 10 frames per second is a hard limit, and the bit rate...
