Getting library paths fails in even more strange way:
"arm-none-linux-gnueabi-pkg-config --libs gtk+-2.0 glib-2.0 gthread-2.0 openssl gio-2.0"
Result:
-pthread -L/usr/local/pandora/arm-2009q3/usr/local/pandora/arm-2009q3/usr/local/pandora/arm-2009q3/usr/lib...

Note that I had to add these 4 libs before the compilation could start:
http://www.angstrom-distribution.org/feeds/unstable/ipk/glibc/armv7a/base/renderproto_0.11-r2.0.5_armv7a.ipk...
I've added all the packages mentioned in this thread and rerun the pnd_libs.sh but no luck.
The command line:
"/usr/local/pandora/arm-2009q3/bin/arm-none-linux-gnueabi-pkg-config --libs gtk+-2.0"
still returns the error:
Package gobject-2.0 was not found in the pkg-config search path.
Perhaps...
Here is my feedback on installing Pandora SDK on Ubuntu 9.04 i386:
- when starting pnd_libs.sh as a normal user, without sudo, the script appears to be stuck
After pressing Enter in the terminal, only then I managed to see the prompt asking me to enter the superuser password and then things...
