    Tales of an Assembly

well, I'm like, #88(hard to tell for sure with ED's handwriting, but no later than that) on the pre-preorder list, so I'll need to figure out what I'll do sooner rather than later... and without having any way to feel/know how different those 2 shoulder buttons are, I'm not sure what to do.

    Tales of an Assembly

wouldn't shorter travel distance effect the basic action/functionality of the upper shoulder buttons compared to the other two?

There is no guarantee he will be able to fix that issue *by hand* (he also never said he could fix that issue by hand, and could be referring to tweaking the mould for the "next batch" of Pyra cases), you're (pyrat & levi) assuming too much. :|You are not paying attention. I did say this right...

    Tales of an Assembly

Speak for yourself. I'm earlier in the Pyra queue because I missed out on getting my Pandora as I found out about it just a bit too late and wound up in the group of people who paid craigx, but never received the Pandora they paid for from him. I bought(pre-preordered) the Pyra early so I...

    It's software this time!

..ok..is it that the adapter gives you the potential to turn a usb2 port into a SATA(faster) port(provided you find some other way to power the SATA device)?

    It's software this time!

this part I do kind of remember being mentioned, but thanks for the refresher. yes, I noticed that the adapter only has the data set of pins, and thus doesn't carry power. but what can the adapter do/provide over a full sata+power plug to usb(or perhaps, double usb) plug cable? would the...

    It's software this time!

It may have been mentioned somewhere, somewhen(sorry, I forget), but could someone explain (and I'm not trying to say anything bad here) what would the..I guess.. "official" usb to sata adapter can do/provide over a full sata+power plug to usb(or perhaps, double usb) plug cable?

So, what's the current status of everything?

thanks for the info! :) I'm not as knowledgeable about all this stuff as I wish I was. p.s. ED, you don't need to reply to my stupidity any more, just get yourself some sleep! :)

So, what's the current status of everything?

..some of this may be a bit over my head, or perhaps I'm miss-interpreting something, but does this mean the audio chip can currently only support nothing but 96kHz 24 bit audio because certain parts of the api aren't quite up-to-date or because the audio chip can't handle anything more/greater...

does Thunderbolt 3(via a usb-c port) have on-the-go functionality like usb?

some people online seem to have said that usb-c has OTG functionality, but I personally haven't seen official mention of it or if thunderbolt3 has it at all..

does Thunderbolt 3(via a usb-c port) have on-the-go functionality like usb?

Say I wish to transfer data that is stored on a bean canyon intel nuc, since it has a thunderbolt3(usb) port, can I connect it to a laptop with thunderbolt3(usb) through a standard thunderbolt3(usb) data cable and transfer files that way? (in a windows 10 o.s. by the way) If so, would it end up...
