    Wma & Mp3 Player For Gp32

Wow, that looks sweet, Inopia. :) Nice touch for picking the Ojuice-skin. :P As for "unified" players, with a little bit of luck we can look forward to GP32-support in the "official" libmikmod distribution soon. So that should ease MOD/S3M/XM/IT/whatever integration. ;)

    Dreamcast Stuff

IIRC from a few days ago R+L should do the trick, Hando. ;) And there are quite a few R+... key-combos that give you access to various options.

    GP32 Mod Files Question

Just look in the docs-directory of the MikPlay (libmikmod) sources. :P

    Unreal Tournament Music?

UT GOTY edition? That's still plain old UMX-music, nah? So just use a player that can play that format, such as XMPlay (http://www.un4seen.com/), or use a Winamp-plugin, such as http://www.winamp.com/plugins/details.php?id=49627, if you really need to use Winamp. :P As for selecting a song in...

    WOW!

No record, still have mine on ever since I got my GP32 (non-FLU) which is *thinks* a little over a year and a half ago. ^_^ But as I use no case and I keep it in my pocket all the time it does help avoid scratches. The only thing broken up till now is the batter compartment-lid... *still...

Dutch GP32 users: GP32 ripoff in Gammo?

Except for those replying in this thread here of course. :D (count me among the Dutch GP32 users) Wasn't there a place where eps of Gammo could be downed?

    fmame32.....

^_^ *nods* You are gawd, rlyeh! And I'm pretty sure most of us will wait as long as it takes. Or rather maybe even chip in on it? *nudges people*

    New fMSX32 out !

Eastern? *snort* From the top of my head among the most popular countries were: - The Netherlands - Germany - Spain - Italy - Japan - Korea - Russia - ...etc. Anyways, a good place to start would be http://www.msx.org/

GP32 launch cancellation: please hold on

*gossip* So, is this "GP32 European launch cancelled" only but a staged drama, to hype up the gizmo even more? :P */gossip* *gasp*! j/k

    GP32 CHN's File Requester

Well, went ahead with CHN's file requester anyway. :P After a few little (ugly) hacks most things have been resolved. Expect a release of MikPlay32 v0.4 soon! (as in: just a little more field testing)

    poll - most wanted

The Sega Dreamcast-linkup would surely be great to have. I assume that there would be a VMU-emu for the GP32 itself then? I haven't seen the (supposedly) shown DC-GP32 linkup, and I'm very curious as to what it is and actually can do. :) Something else I haven't seen yet, and which I think...

    Ogg

Let's put it this way: you won't be able to gain any quality. :P You don't have to lose "quality" though. Properly encoded you'll get the same quality in OGG as your MP3, only at a lower bitrate and thus with a lower filesize. Plus the GP OGG player runs at 66MHz, saves you quite some battery...

    News! European Release

It's the pink that does it, right? :D If I get the chance I'm definately picking up a pink-FLU one!

    GP32 CHN's File Requester

Yes, MODPlay's file selector does indeed fit the needs better. In what sense is it (non-)compatible with the gpfilereq.* posted on your website? The only thing which is then still missing is the ability to move to the next/previous module in the directory (from within the player itself, not the...

    GP32 CHN's File Requester

It's easy to say that CHN's file requester (available here) is one of the most used ones out there and also quite easy to implement. That's why the latest version of MikPlay32 will also be using CHN's nifty piece of code. On the plusside it instantly adds (sub-)directory support. On the downside...

Just for the record: don't forget about the module-support in SDL. ;)

    Looking for Battery Compartment lid

As stated in the topic title I'm looking for a replacement battery compartment lid. Mine kinda got "broken beyond repair". :( So if anybody has got spare parts or broken GP32's lying around, and is willing to spare me a battery compartment lid, it would be very much appreciated. If a small fee...

    GP32 European Bios

Pre-installed on what? No SMC or game included. :P But you're right, as stated in the interview the necessary software, such as the "official" MP3 player, will be delivered with the GP32 on a CD-Rom. Makes me kinda wonder what other software will be distributed along with it.

    Gamepark, their own worst enemy???

Okay, the thing with Capcom, as explained in some interview by someone posted somewhere some time ago. (Gee, my memory really seems to fail me these days :P ) Capcom was approached by GamePark to support the GP32. They agreed and handed out a license to an unnamed third party developer to port...

    GP32 MOD play library?

Last time I heard CHN was working on S3M support, which should be a major step forward for musicians like me. Well... on the GP32 anyway. ;) Having seen the Mikmod-player on the GP32 I don't think XM or IT support is realistic, as both formats seem to consume quite a lot of CPU power. Though it...
