    Gngeo2x With Drz80 Support

O-o-o oooh Yeah! Really, really, really GREAT! Metal Slug 2/X and Samurai Showdown 4 now run on somewhat playable speed WITH sound, didnt try without sound yet, but I guess very nice speed ;D. Great Improvements, thank you pepeone and helpers for this emu so far ;) !

    Make Forums Safe For Ie?

Of course, if the problem still exists, it should be solved.... Question of Interest: How many users actually use which browser on the site? Would be interesting to see, assuming quite a lot non-IE users roam around here ;D.

Why does the (XGP)/GP2X Talk has to be polluted with [fake] PSP news??

    Qtopia For Permanent Interface?

Ok, my opinion about it: On my linux desktop I ran most common graphical environments. Currently I am sticking on Gnome 2.12.... First of all, I am happy with any more advanced interface than the one we currently have, and I DO think that it would be smart to port something over (like Qtopia)...

    1.4 Upgrade... Now No Usb??

Like theoddbot told me on the dev-chan, you can connect to your gp2x via cramfs 0004 and a linux system easily. simply open a terminal: dmesg screen /dev/ttyACM0 don't take my word I am not sure about that device address but its something with an A so you can easily find it when ls'ing /dev/...

    Xgp Exposure

I would also buy an SD-Player for 30 €, the little problem is that it simply never supports .ogg, so I will stick to my gp2x (buying it after refunding my iRiver R.I.P. they make good devices)

    Coding

I would choose python as well, it is really easy to code and read, (without these mass of brackets like in java) astonishingly robust and versatile, i'd also say it's fast, and you can even bind it to C++ via pygame (also ported to the gp2x, tough I have no idea how to use it). C(++) looks like...

    Xgp/xgp Mini News

Oh you guys convinced me, I am going to get one too now, right after the acquisition of my new Phantom console. -.- I still think it's going to be completely useless, I really don't see any sympathic feature (superior to my gp2x, except for 3D but here its the same with the PSP, I already made...

    Sleep Mode Here?

The only reason I still have 33 seconds boottime is because I am waiting for the next "homebrew"-fw release, then I'll probably have about 10 seconds, so who cares then? ;D I hope craigx manages to get all that good stuff into the GPH-FW too ;D

    Xgp Exposure

I don't really see much support for this device, I think its a really stupid decision to release 2 versions, I hope for them that the XGP can at least play all mini games without problems.... 300$ is a cheap desktop PC, and afaik thats even more than a PSP... Homebrew, thats what I got the GP2X...

    Vektar Froze

No matter what you used before, congrats on switching to .ogg :) !! I couldn't try out your game yet because I am waiting for a audiobug-free firmware or at least the next fastboot-release ;D. But it surely looks amazing!!

    GP32 Python Interface

I am not even sure what features these libaries implement, so thanks theoddbot for all that gp2x-software-goodness you already brought us and keep your energies for more important tasks... thanks, I almost forgot there is pygame,I will look at the functions and stuff ;D. Thanks :)

    GP32 Python Interface

I am an absolute novice and quite unexperienced in programming. Nevertheless I'd like to create simple python apps (for example a shadowrun-dice calculator). Now I'd like to know what interface I could use, the only inbuilt I know of is turtle, and this is most certainly useless. Shall I try Tk...

    Replacement Interface

The Core Pocket Media Player is an open-source media player for Palm OS-based and Windows CE / Windows Mobile-based devices. Maybe because it's not even linux and thus not ported to the gp2x?
