I'm going to use the Nintendo 3DS to play 3DS games. I'm going to use the Pandora for everything else.
I'm also more likely to take the Pandora with me wherever I go.
In the original myth, the name Pandora comes from a combination of Greek words meaning "All Gifted." Which really fits the keyboard-and-gaming-controls Pandora.
Speaking as somebody who personally loved Mega Man 64 and fervently hopes that the Pandora will eventually be able to emulate Mega Man Legends 2, I do very much want.
I also hope the voice actors are closer to the first game than the second. I've only seen a few videos of the second game on...
I heard 5th cell may be planning on releasing Scribblenauts on systems other than the DS. With the keyboard and touch screen, I think the Pandora would be ideal.
