I read the readme including some bits that were ahead of what I needed.
Why does the readme talk about creating them if it is not for creating them? The readme even says it is a simple game creation tool for those who can not yet code.
Maybe its to do with the huge working weeks the Koreans have leaving them no time?
Or maybe the GP32 isn't Korean at all but something Craig makes in his garage and claims are Korean to con the authoritys.
This should be a big priority, a full GBA emulator would be good for the community, it would draw in a lot of people.
Then again most of them will probally be dumb 13 year olds who don't want to spend their pocket money on GBA games...

Over summer I'm going to have a look at that VNS and see if I can figure it out and hopefully get a remake of Suikogaiden done.
So how does this thing work? Is it some sort of engine for use in C coding?

A run of those was made years ago (when gamesmaster magazine started, don't know the exact date)
I don't know much about the insides of consoles though I wouldn't rate your chances on the more modern of the consoles.
