    The Curse Of Monkey Island

What really upsets me over gp2x is that broken sword is apprently abit slow, and the cutscenes wont work. I really want broken sword on the move...i wish theyd update scumm....february release was nearly 3 months ago now!

    Game Boy Advance

What clockgen is better, UPLL or FPLL? yeh select works well, although acidently hitting start sets it back to 199. Curiously, 249 sorts out golden sun a treat. But the same on crash bandicoot? well its fine overall, but the music is stuttering terrible :( Oh and golden sun now froze after 2...

    Game Boy Advance

haha indeed. Hey guys, i updated and now saves r cool. however, i need help in general. It seems if i change the clock, it doesnt save it. every time i enter the program, it is back on 199mhz. Minish cap is the only game so far that works fine on 199. Golden sun for example, plays smooth, but...

    Game Boy Advance

I just downloaded the one in the archives. I assume its the latest, posted april 1st. Nah, the actual game works fine speed etc, no need to overclock. Wen i try to save with the proper ingame feature, it crashes to the gp2x main enu though. Also, the menus are tempremental at best for the actual...

    Game Boy Advance

Hey guys, i have tried gpsp on my gp2x, and it ran minish cap fine at 199 mhz. However, i find the overall program interface etc lacking. It has also frozen for me several times in the menus. Is there a better emulator for playing minish cap in particular, or should i stay with this? I have...

    Super Mario Kart

yeh but what i mean is the wiki says this game has no issues, what i want is feedback off others to see if they have had this issue.

    Super Mario Kart

Why would it display this way though? On the screenshots iv seen, the difference in colours is very pronounced. White vs icy blue.

    Super Mario Kart

i looked at a review for mario kart, and it showed that level. Unlike on my gp2x, where it is all white and obstacles are therefore practically invisible, the screenies they had showed a frosted blue central strip, which would make it alot easier to navigate. On the gp2x, with drpocketsnes, the...

    Super Mario Kart

Nah, fraid thats enabled. I'm surprised such a main game has this issue, just hoping it aint a dodgy rom perhaps? Surely other members play this game?

    Super Mario Kart

is it just me, or is vanilla lake just not right on drpocketsnes? it seems the blue outline of the track is completely gone! any way to fix that?! please help i'd appreciate it, i'm sure this is a popular game for the gp2x emulation scene.

Final Fantasy 3(or6 Depending How You View It)

Phantasy Star IV, thanks ill check it out. Is it like final fantasy, where the prior games are differerent worlds etc and not necesary to understand Phantasy Star IV? Also, chrono trigger and ff3 are great on my gp2x now, needs to be overclocked to 260 which is disapointing thought, concidering...

Final Fantasy 3(or6 Depending How You View It)

Would you say chrono trigger is a better option? What i really want is a game with a good storyline to match the gameplay. Mario kart is fun, but i do like my stories(hence why i love adventure games) Edit: i am loving FF3 atm though i have to say.

Final Fantasy 3(or6 Depending How You View It)

Thanks, yeh i found it hard to believe a GBA could recreate a snes game as well as the original. With regards to the translation, i am still undecided. Bad translation sometimes makes me laugh, such as resident evil: "you are the master of unlocking". I may just bear with the FF3 usa rom, but i...

Final Fantasy 3(or6 Depending How You View It)

Hey guys, thanks for all the replies! Well done getting the band as well haha, love that song. Yeh, drpocketsnes is running it well, i moved it from 200 to to 260 and now the fps have doubled in the towns etc, so ill leave it on that. Before i really get into it though, could you explain alittle...

Final Fantasy 3(or6 Depending How You View It)

Just wikipedia it my friend, all the answers are there. Just search for the snes page of the game, and it has a section on the gba verison and differences etc. Seems the translation has been brushed up etc, and some other additions that werent on the original. Let me know what you think, i too...

Final Fantasy 3(or6 Depending How You View It)

Loads of extras, but to be honest i think your right resolution wise. im at 200mhz at the moment and isnt that slow at all really. Mite end up sticking with snes, seems its the only way at the moment anyway!lol
