    Flash Games

My home PC barely manages to do that XD. I don't play many Flash based games though. From what I've read, the exploit still requires that the malicious code be specifically crafted for the target platform and OS. I don't think anyone would bother writing anything that would affect the pandora...

Question About The Pcb+screen Blog Picture

We know that they've at least powered it up.

What System Do You Want Emulated First?

Here comes the spelling police again... It's Yabause.

    600mhz-1ghz?

It does not specify under which condition those numbers were taken. It could very well be in some special setup being cooled by liquid nitrogen to keep the chips from melting. I've seen this mentioned numerous times but never has it been clearly answered to my knowledge. That information may...

April News - Cool Blog Update Coming Soon?

Thanks. I don't bother checking the blog anymore because it always ends up getting posted here anyways.

    Pandora At Maxconsole

I think that quite sums up the PSP homebrew scene (with a few exceptions). They don't need to. The PSP is God's handheld to them. @Tinnus QUOTE They had testes on that. THey're in Youtube with plastic and paper replicas or...<snip> You may want to fix that typo before they ravage you with...

Is The Pandora Project Really Possible?

Anyone interested in owning a pandora cares. If this project doesn't succeed, potential customers will be at a loss because there is no other product on the market that I am aware of that offers the same experience and power for such a low price.

Jpc - Java Linux & Arm Optimized Dos Emulator

I bet I can write a faster program in Assembly than any given CPU bound C program, but it might take me a while. It's not about performance, it's about ease of use. Java is much more user friendly than C.

    New Blog On Open Pandora

What Squidge has shown was running on a dev board. This is a screen attached to an actual PCB. I don't think they can show anything running on it because not all components are installed currently. (they don't have any OMAP 3530s, they're not in production quite yet)

    The fall of the $

The absolute truth. You can't trust anyone these days :/ The thread creator's question was already answered so I suggest that someone make a new thread in the off-topic forum to further discuss this alternate subject. We need to segregate the Pandora talk from everything else so that I along...

    Small Pandora Video

I for one am against this as it may spark the whole 'another DS knockoff' argument among the uninformed. Just go for something simple like a pack of cards or a CD; mayby throw a ruler in for good measure?

Pandora And Open Source Vs Closed Source

Even if the application is open source, one could just remove the parts that they don't want you to see from the source files. Not that I'd do this or anything... Most people wouldn't go through the trouble to do this anyways and as long as you stick to only releases from well known devs, you...

Miu Hdpc ~$500 - Sorta Reminds Me Of Pandora A Little

Everything seems to be using an 800x480 screen these days... but it's just another UMPC folks, move along, nothing to see. I've never understood what is so great about running a full blown desktop OS on a handheld. It seems like it would be a mess to control. Handheld user interfaces should be...

What System Do You Want Emulated First?

From what I understand, most of what's being done is optimization. On the pandora they won't have to optimize it as much because the target platform is so much more powerful. Optimization is still very welcome on the pandora because of the extra battery life that comes with it though :X

I would assume so. That or it's one damn funky power switch.

    N-gage Emulator?

If you had read his post you would know 'y'. If demand for it is high enough, it will problably happen. I seriously doubt we'll see many people asking for this though.

    New Post In Openpandora.org Blog!

 I have no idea what any of those little chips do, but I'm happy to see them on a PCB (:
