What about an online Mii channel style creation? You could add game's like pool and arcade games that you could get for your lobby/house like in animal crossing/shenmue. You could have the avatars 2D like simpsonized but not.
Please can it not have rubber grips? Non of the propper console makers use rubber grips. They feel terrible.
I vote for an all brushed alu or stainless steel case.
Failing that how about a special edition one with a metal case, buttons and joysticks for sale at launch at say £250?
I can't see any harm in having it as a phone if, like Vimacs says, it dosent cost much. It would mean you could connect to the www without attaching it to a moble or finding a wifi hotspot.
It dosent have to be 100% metal, you could have wifi thing behind a small plastic bit. If we're going to have a slide out keyboard the advantages of metal are obvius.
I think it should be made of stainless steel. That would feel beutifull in your hands and make it pretty much unbreakable. The GBA micro is made from metal (i assume its stainless steel) and it looks ace.
If you don't want to use it as a phone that's ok becase you you wont be forced to. :)
If you dont want it to have a rumble thats ok because you can switch it off. :)
However, as for bluetooth, id never use it, so I dont think it should have it because it would make it too big and expensive...
I would. It would be great to be able to quickly type sms's with the keyboard. Providing it didnt increase the price much I think it would be a wise move because then some people would buy it instead of a new mobile. We already have the mic and speakers...
Having read the rest of the new...
A TV tuner would be brilliant. You could record stuff to SD. B)
edit: Thinking about it tho the anolog TV transmission is getting switched off soon so you'd have to have digital which could make it difficult I imagine.
