    Gp2x Link Cables

The hub should be connected to the EXT port of one of the gp2x and that gp2x should route all the network traffic between them. The usbnet kernel module would be needed for the gp2x that acts as a gateway. The settings available through the standard interface cannot set the gp2x network as...

    Gp2x Link Cables

No, no... This is far simpler then doing a mod on your gp2x, what I mean is just build a cable which is mini-usb on one side, and EXT on the other side. The EXT side should connect with the USB pins on the EXT port, so that it just works like a USB cable but it actually is EXT-miniUSB I don't...

Yes they are nand-compatible. The additional size is caused by 2 additional wallpapers (to test the new wallpaper feature) and the Liquido skin included.

    Gp2x Link Cables

I have the developer bob since when I bought the gp2x but I hardly use it at all, the gp2x is an handheld you know... a cable should be good enough for portable multiplayer but I don't have the skills to do it myself.

    Gmenu2x V0.9-test2

Forgot to say that the usb connection scripts have been changed and should be safer but you could have to restart the gp2x to show new files (Working on it...) Also I think that Ram timings are working now (they weren't in test1)

    Gmenu2x V0.9-test2

Here's another test release. There is almost everything that I wanted to include in 0.9. There are a few strings to translate that weren't present in test1, here's the list: CODE Change GMenu2X wallpaper=Cambia lo sfondo di GMenu2X Activate/deactivate tv-out=Attiva/disattiva tv-out Select...

    Change Brightness On Boot

    It should be like this: CODE #!/bin/sh cd /mnt/sd/emulators/outcast/ ./outcast.gpe & sleep 4 exec /mnt/sd/tweaker/cpu_speed.gpe --gamma 0.2

    Gp2x Link Cables

Yes a serial cable would be fine too but using usb-network would allow for standard network enabled applications to work out of the box. Anyway, if there is someone out there that could make such a cable I would buy one so that I could start doing some tests with it..

    Change Brightness On Boot

I added the ability to change the gamma for every link in GMenu2X but it seems like a lot of apps reset the value when they start so it doesn't work everytime. Does cpuspeed work for every application or this happens also with it?

    Gp2x Link Cables

I've had this on my mind for quite some time. We all know that, for multiplay, wifi/bluetooth would be a perfect solution but all the issues related to this matter have already been exposed. There are no pre-installed drivers for the wifi/bt cards, they are not so portable and need to be...

    Quickstart V1.0 Released - UPDATED TO V1.1!

Yes, here's what I do in gmenu2x (simplified for clarity) CODE //command contains the path to the application to run if (params!="") command += " " + params; //cmdclean is a function that "cleans" paths by backslashing special characters if (wrapper) command += "; sync & cd "+cmdclean(path)+"...

I don't know how to change it, it's already pointing to the com domain name. I thought is used the browser settings for the language, but I guess it's locked on italian since it's an italian account...

Nice, so it seems my assuption was exact, but it's not possible to make it work from SD since you cannot unmount the partition when it is being used. I can think of a workaround...

    Ok, but have you edited usbon.sh and usboff.sh? try replacing them with this: usbon.sh CODE #!/bin/bash modprobe net2272 if [ $1 = "nand" ]; then modprobe g_file_storage file=/dev/loop/7 else umount /mnt/sd modprobe g_file_storage file=/dev/mmcsd/disc0/disc fi usboff.sh CODE #!/bin/bash...
