Can't reproduce that. Works as intended for me.
Can you check the log file, please? Clicking "Grab input" should produce "Grabbing Mouse/Keyboard: Ok! / Failed!"
I know what you're talking about. This is a weird thing. When using tooltips or popup menus, Qt gonna crash when showing these. The backtrace always goes down to 'strlen' in libc. I guess strlen is called with a null pointer somehow. BUT: This only
happens, when I compile MC with the '-O2'...
"Grab input" does not stop sending events to the host. It just blocks input to to the Pandora's X system.
Are you sure, that nothing changes? It should allow/disallow input to the Pandora. Maybe you misunderstood the option. Or maybe I should call it somehow else :)
Thanks for your feedbacks. I found a critical bug in the new plugin system, where the HID descriptors are assembled incorrectly. This error affects both, USB and Bluetooth. I will upload a hotfixed version tomorrow!
Download will be disabled until then.
Thank you :)
I remember from your Windows screen shots, you aren't using German or English (could have been Italian?) So, to get the special characters work, you would have to create a config file for your language. I can't do that for all languages on this earth :)
Ah, I forgot to mention...
Not with the nubs. This is intended. You need the stylus here.
I forgot to map the right shoulder button.
Just replace
out.Keyboard.RightCtrl = in.Keyboard.RightCtrl
with
out.Keyboard.RightCtrl = in.Gamepad.RightShoulder
in Keyboard.conf. That should do the trick.
A new update is online!
Several things have changed. Here's the change log:
v1.0.3.0
Gui
- The mini and full screen windows have been removed.
MC now resides in the system tray and it's options are accessed via a context menu:
Status: Displays Bluetooth/USB status

Nice one! :) I also noticed that wifi thing. Seems, the wifi sometimes disconnects randomly when bluetooth is connected. Can't tell why..
The detection of a disconnect may be inaccurate. I will look into this.
MC doesn't leave an data flying around after quiting.
Never experienced such a...
Xvnc is not included in the archive. By default, building tigervnc just produces the client software.. The server (Xvnc) must be build separately, which can be quite a hassle (I tried it myself :) )
Maybe _jr_'s approach works for you. Otherwise you could still try using x11vnc with a virtual...
And you're absolutely sure, that you have set your nubs to joystick mode with nub configurator? You can test again with jstest. If the nubs are working there, they should also do with Steam.
Because when remote controlling a device, you normally don't want all the key presses and mouse clicks to happen on the Pandora. This could cause some mess. The gui is here to prevent this.
