EDIT2:
I recommend compiling on an older ubuntu, would be better for overal compatibility
./TheColorSword_Linux: /usr/lib/libstdc++.so.6: version `GLIBCXX_3.4.11' not found (required by ./TheColorSword_Linux)
That explains alot
after watching i was just wondering
how come there's only 3 european cities (1 / timezone i guess)?
Ubuntu nicely lists every capital?
again, this is derived from logic, not from actually trying:
mame, does not use assembler "tricks" they want nice clean c++ code that resembles the true chips of the original boards
(they consider themselves an archiving/historian of arcade machines)
so in theory it should compile quite...
how about a game called "day 1 ordering"
you have to rhythmically F5 craig's order page until it comes up,
then you have 5 seconds to ctrl-c ctrl-v your payment details,
then you hit enter and you can see if the confirmation page comes up
</sarcasm>
The only game i could see myself playing with a system like this is some jedi lightsaber game.
(or some medieval war game)
I liked the wii version off the force unleashed but that wasn't *real* enough
let's see if they can make a decent game on the xbox.
as far as i know,
because it's based on old MAME code
that's because the old code is faster
the new code is slower because MAME wants more accuracy (correctness in emulating chips), not speed in new versions

so how long before we can pet a tiger on our pandora  :P
my best guess would be: because visual studio rocks!
somehow i think if the man is posting this on these boards, he has crossplatform in the back of his mind
no, unfortunately not.
but i have deduced, i'll be one of the first to get one of the newly built ones
(german forums keep a list of Evildragon's order numbers)
singleplayer 3D shooters:
Quake 2 (especially this)
Duke 3D
Doom 1 & 2
EDIT: with mods, community levels where available
did anyone port openarena? (indeed thats not singleplayer)
from stuff i gathered around:
due to the way the nubs work, and how the sockets would work.
anything replacing a nub would have to present an X/Y analog signal to the socket
so touch based nubs would have to have their own controllers and what not to properly calculate the signal needed to...
it appears there is a very high turnover rate of people ordering, then cancelling.
not unreasonable, considering, we've been parted from our money for 2 years.
EDITED for typos
4000 Units where put up for sale on preorder in 2008. Thats batch 1
When production started, it became obvious the nubs whern't of the required quality.
So they stopped production after the 1000th board that was manufactured
in the mean time preordering for batch2 (also known as: every...
EvilDragon's personal pandora (one of the very first) is still in perfect working condition. We all thrust him enough, not to be lying.
you could have made a good investment (rather expensive)(i'd like a unit with a serial number x<100 myself)
or if you are not lucky you have bad parts and...
personally i feel like the *big brand* 16GB class 6 cards have the right price/features ratio
don't have my pandora yet, but those cards are nice to use on my netbook and desktop
For the common good of the pandora community!
please run Angstrom linux from an SD card, any app that runs well from opkg can be PNDed very easily. please do so.
Otherwise try to break it and file a bug report.
Should be lots of fun for every linux geek and it can only improve the official...
