The OMAP3530 has a digital video-in that seems to be designed for cameras, the Archos players with this board use external analog to digital converters to record/display from a source. I don't know if an industrious modder could access this or not.
Re: suggestion for this board: not locking every f**king topic
I do lock a lot of topics and thus I asked for examples of what you consider unnecessary locks, because I will re-evaulate them.
I was JUST reading a thread on gp32x. The RTC can start the Pandora if it has been suspended to RAM, but not when in hibernation or off. So yes, it should be possible.
See this thread for info: viewtopic.php?f=16&t=48&start=0 and specifically this post: viewtopic.php?p=3636#p3636 It will be illegal, but if you really want Windows...
You forget that the Eee has an Intel Atom x86 processor, while the Pandora has an ARM. XP is completely out of the question. Windows CE however may be ported.
There are other ways to have a piano on the go, for instance: http://www.engadget.com/2006/08/04/virt ... on-the-go/ (if you can find one outside of Japan) or: http://www.amazon.com/Jobar-Internation ... _sv_edpp_i
But this software is not open source, and there is not a version for linux...
You weren't very clear. It works on your XP PC and not on the Vista one. Am I to assume these are two different computers, and you are not dual booting?
Re-encoding movies to 800x480 is just a bad idea for quality. Leaving it at the original and having the Pandora display it at 1:1 saves a lot of trouble and quality.
I will be using automkv, x264, original resolution and audio, output size of 900mb.
I bought the Fallout 3 Survival Edition which comes with a wearable full size Pip-Boy 3000 (clock). If needed in post-apocalypse I can mod the pandora into it..
And Omega Man just wasn't a good film. I Am Legend with original ending is much better than the other movies based on the story.
Ah I have some of those, they are in the 3-in-1 and other DS rumble supporting slot 2 cards. Sure there is room, but telling it to rumble is the hard part. (They are surprising powerful)
