The Even More Incredible Machine On Xp

Well, assuming PC counts as a console... :P I have the windows version of The Even More Incredible Machine. I enjoyed the puzzles from it, and completed the puzzles in v3.0, but I remember I never had the opportunity to complete the puzzles in TEMIM, so I decided to install it (with XP), to get...

    Max Ghostpix

Wow, those color puzzles are interesting! I'm about to try your game out now, picross is a GREAT time killer. :) Edit: It's pretty nice! :) What clock speed does it run at though? My GP32 was low on batteries, and when I missed, my FLU started the "REPLACE THE BATTERIES, SMART GUY!" flicker...

    Rf Module Support

The only thing keeping me from adding RF-module support to my games (which are 0 by the way, unless you count my WIP :P) is that I don't know how to use the RF link in my code, and I don't have any way of testing it out, I only have one gp32, and no one else around here has one so I don't have a...

    GP32 Zzzzzzzzzzzz

...so let's all post in the thread about it? hehe ;)

    Minor Battery Lid Problem

Ok, thank goodness! I was worried a little bit that I somehow did something to my gp32. And yeah, I can get the lid off just fine, but when I put it back on, the tab just doesn't snap into place like it normally should. Pushing on the tab a little bit will get it to snap into place correctly...

    Minor Battery Lid Problem

When you close the battery lid on the gp32, it's supposed to snap shut, right? Like, the "open" tab clicks into the locking position. Mine doesn't do that, when I close the lid, the tab doesn't click into the locking position, and I have to push the tab a little bit in order to correctly snap...

What Will You Do On 'the Day'

I intend to keep my GP32, mostly because I can program for it. :) (Anyone can program on a PC, but if you make a program and it runs on a handheld game system, it really impresses people. :D) I have a PSP, mostly because of Lumines. :D See, the PSP is VERY glossy. Like, super duper glossy. The...

    Emulator Idea

Why not just enter the menu? It pauses the emulation itself no matter what, and the emulator knows when it's in its own menu. :P Edit: Argh, I completely missed that it was said above. I can't read or something. :S

    Max Ghostpix

Your game looks really nice! :D I'm going to HAVE to play now to see if there are any dragons in it. ;) I love puzzle and puzzle-esque games like this. You know the kind, the Tetris, Lumines, Puzznic, Polarium (DS), Oxyd/Enigma, Sokoban, Picross... you know, THAT genre. :) That's one of the many...

    Gp32 Smc Questions

When a GP32 app that you program creates a basic file, are all of these dummy files taken care of automatically, or will it create a non VFAT file? I've only used PC-Link to transfer files to and from the GP32, so does that mean I don't have a VFAT setup?

    Gp32 Intro

"pling ding ding dadading bllling!" Makes you feel very ^_^ inside. :P Has anyone ever tried making a replacement logo thingy though? Just for fun? I think it'd be kind of an interesting contest to see who makes the best intro logo animation. Just an idea. :)

Clicks For Devs - June Starting!

"70,22 US$" Is that "You clicked 70 times, resulting in $22" or "You clicked $7022 worth of times"? Because that really is a lot. o_O So the absolute ONLY thing you need to do in order to add to the pot is to just click on the banner? That's really easy. Kinda seems TOO easy... like it's...

    Neat Button Idea

What's the pinout for the EXT port? You know the adaptoids that you can get for the PC that let you use a PSX or N64 or whatever controller as a joystick? I'm sure there's a way to make a type of adaptoid for the GP32. It'd also allow analog control. Edit: Other than that, you could just attach...

    GP32 Gp32 As External Display

Sorry, it's not that I didn't read your post correctly, it's that I don't know how fast USBs really are, I just know that they don't seem to be good with huge speed requirements. (hence why I said I could be wrong. :P) There's GOT to be some way to get high quality external video out of the...

    GP32 Gp32 As External Display

A pseudo DS effect minus the touch screen? ;) I don't think the USB port is fast enough to be useful for this. I could be wrong though.

    F-day

Now now, let's not start a windows / non-windows fanboyism war thingy here. MS-DOS is not windows. It may have microsoft written on it, but there's still a LOT of very nice DOS games, like King's Quest for example. Personally, I would VERY much like to get a MS-DOS emulator that can run adlib...

    Blu (+?) Light Software Based??

Well, all the more reasons to get a blu+. :P So why does this only work on blu+? Does the blu use a different timer? If it even uses a timer, that is. Is there any way to re-enable the backlight timer once its been disabled? And I assume that doing ANYTHING to timer 3 will disable the light...

    Blu (+?) Light Software Based??

The fact that one of the timers is being used for the light toggle switch... this doesn't mess up the usage of the timer, does it? The blu probably would disable the toggle switch when the timer gets initialized, in order to keep normal operation of the timer. Alright then, I'll keep this in...

    "smc Not Inserted" Problem

Maybe when you put the game on the smc, it got encrypted for your BLU's id, which'll make it not work on any other gp32.

    Blu (+?) Light Software Based??

Oh wow, the light blinks. oooh aaah. ;) So apparently no one intentionally found out how to disable the select button toggle... it was just discovered that it happened somehow. This IS interesting... Maybe it's the fact that you changed the clockspeed mid-program that disables the toggle...
