I wonder if we can hack the pyra and replace it with a capacitive screen from my not-used-any-more Galaxy Note 4.

Just ship the Pyra with logo plate detached. Let us attach it afterwards anyway, anyhow we want. I would just leave that big hole on mine for ventilation.

Come on people. Ed is making the Pyra by himself. He took on the Pandora project and saved it from Craig for all of us. He's not a multimillion-dollar company. Of course, there will be delays and problems with the Pyra, but Ed is no Craig so I have trust in him to get it to the finish line...

@notaz: I heard Picodrive will be used in the Genesis Mini to run 32X and Mega CD. Does this mean Picodrive will not be opensource anymore?

No worries! Pyra SoC is upgradable so there will be 64bit ARM SoC in the future :)
