Sonic Robo Blast 2 For The Gp2x

The downloads are down :( I tried porting it myself but got out of memory errors. That doesn't mean I won't try to make it work better though.

    Compatability With Sd Tv Tuner

I seem to remember some porting issues with the SDIO stacks out there.

    Legally Emulating Games

@realyst, I think that with the DMCA, the ones that require the BIOS would be the only legal ones, if that. If "medium-shifting" a ROM is legal, the same goes for the BIOS. Making an emulator that doesn't require a BIOS image requires reverse-engineering of the BIOS, which puts the emulator on...

    Legally Emulating Games

But is using the emulator legal? I wouldn't be surprised if its legal to use a (self ripped) ROM but not an emulator.

    Frets On Fire(guitar Hero Clone)

And the depressing maximum theoritical gameplay quality makes it pointless to think it through further. Even a laptop doesn't cut it really, for portable FoF you'd need a keytar with a Heads-Up Display (which would look really geeky).

    Do Software Bounties Work?

I'm pretty sure Sony isn't concerned about the Pandora, hell they probably don't even know it exists. And they wouldn't care anyways, they're more involved in the PS3 and Blu-Ray (is that spelled right, I think the main problem with it is it's hard to spell).

    Other Forums You Visit

I lurk the Halfbakery when I'm bored, occasionally posting ideas when I'm feeling imaginative. If you look at my profile, you'll see I'm not as creative as some of the regulars around there. Instructables is a fun place, whether you participate or just lurk, lots of smart people there. Back...

Orkie, Pea, Exophase? I can think of some more.

    Could This Be Ported

Well since there is source code for it, it is possible to port it. However, we don't have Game Maker for GP2X or the sourcecode to it. So someone would either have to reverse engineer Game Maker and write an interpreter for it, or rewrite the game in some other language, such as (some easy...

    Frets On Fire(guitar Hero Clone)

Yeah, but I don't think that would work, you'd need a multi touch screen (like the iphone) and I'm fairly sure ours isn't a multi touch screen (then again, I don't own a F200).

    Any Xcom Ports?

Well that's disk space, you are only limited by the size of your SD card. So the amount of disk space it takes up is ok. On the FAQ where the "system requirements" are listed, that's not the definitive system requirements, only the lowest spec PC they've tested on. Its 3D though, so that makes...

    GP2X Zip / Unzip App For Gp2x

CramFS only uses a little bit of RAM (and no disk space) for on the fly decompression, and the decompression isn't that slow. There is a speed trade off, but for a lot of things its negligible. But ZIP provides better compression (at a price of course).

    Time To Upgrade

The more expensive RAM has better latency, supposedly. As for the video cards, I'm not much of a game machine guy but my brother swears by BFG. Supposedly the OC cards are overclocked. You could try running it on XP instead of Vista, you might get better performance.
