    RISC OS?

Likely for people that have nostalgia running it back on the Acorn computers.

Should I have received my final order eMail already?

That's not true, just hard to get a hold of EvilDragon, because outside of running the Dragonbox shop, managing Pyra production, heading a few Kickstarter campaigns and such..... He has a regular daytime job that consumes a bit of his time. You likely will have better luck sending him a...

    SD card format woes

Yeah I always need to download codeblocks on my laptop or desktop, just never have been successful downloading it on the Pandora... If I recall I'm not sure if the Pandora can use ext4, ext3 was the newest I could run. I had to deal with this on my 1GHz the other day as it didn't read my Pyra...

    Release OpenTyrian

Yeah I was going on memory as I was at work, it's in the "Opentyrian" menu option in the main menu.

    Release OpenTyrian

Okay, so I assume it's working as intended, should be getting good speeds, properly scaled to the screen. It looks like it's writing the config files to the regular user's home and not the appdata directory, that is something I'll need to fix.

    Release OpenTyrian

Okay... do you guys have gl4es installed? At work, so I don't have the exact package name, but if you apt search for it you will likely find it, it's a pyra specific debian package I though was installed by default. also there has to be a full screen option, as I have toggled that feature. It...

    Release OpenTyrian

Oh, have you just tried going to Start New Game, going to the Options menu and setting it to full screen? Likely old appdata has it set to run in a window, which will still work as intended. Edit: you can also disable any 2x or 3x scalars to improve performance as opengl does a ton better job...

    Massive performance regression in firefox

No you are not alone the performance is horrid compared to older versions I've played with... sounds like @hns is making good progress on a bit of the OS and Kernel level fixes, so there likely may be a performance boost by fixing some of the issues in a future OS release.

    Release OpenTyrian

Could there still be an older dbp file floating around? You can tell if you're running the older version of the dbp by temporarily mounting the dbp file: sudo mount -t squashfs OpenTyrian_C4ALL-1.0.dbp /mnt/temp_mount ls -l /mnt/temp_mount/ There should be a 'ot' binary file that is the...

    Release OpenTyrian

New release, this time with proper fullscreen using SDL12-Compat (SDL1.2 to SDL2) and GL4ES. Ensure your Pyra is fully updated to get the latest GL4ES version. This has the same filename as the prior version on the repo that I had to delete, not sure what I did wrong with my meta data, but it...

Now I remember this being mentioned, but forgot to loop back and try it out.

Also ironically this does solve some of the video playback issues I was facing, but doesn't solve the lack of actual hardware decoding. running mpv with this and setting '-vo sdl' will produce acceptable video playback with correct colors, but still doesn't have the decoding power to downscale a...

Other odd bugs that could use a bounty.

I've tested it on a few games, and it's pretty good outside a few cases where it will exit on a segfault. In one case I tried it on Wally's Dosbox port and it works great on Terminal Velocity, however trying Blood causes it to randomly crash hard enough for lightdm to reset itself, I guess it's...

Okay I feel better that it wasn't some well known solution that no one ever thought to mention.

Still figuring a segfault issue after running the program once, but it's promising. Have to use gl4es in conjunction with the sld12-compat library...

Other odd bugs that could use a bounty.

Honestly I'd be surprised if it works, it may just have the same issues just with an extra layer of SDL2 complexity as this is a 2D issue. If it does scaling correctly, but the performance is still bad, then I don't see that as a fix either. If it does work, however I'd pretty much give the...

I'll give it a try when I get home from work, with some mild optimism.

Other odd bugs that could use a bounty.

Was hoping for a solution that didn't require recompiling from source, as there are a bit of these games just on the debian repo. Although I may try this on a few of my ports.

Issue 1: Proper Video playback, I have yet found a good combination of video output on mpv, VLC or smplayer/mplayer that produces good playback. The default (I think XV) output that has fairly decent performance, however it seems to be switching the Red and Blue channels, so the colors are all...
