    Scummvm 1.0.0

I've googled pictures of the 7th Guest running on the PC and the cursor on the Wiz is twice the size what it should be, this is probably causing the sprite trail and having to click with the centre of the cursor. Is there anyway to stop the sound breaking up on the cut scenes? I've completed...

Mame Games Using 4 Cardinal Directions?

I was referring to MAME, the L & R buttons pause the game and L,R & Menu returns to the menu.

Heretic, Rott, And Prboom Misc Problems

The ROTT problem has been brought up before on the Heretic/Hexen/Hexen 2 thread. (We went a bit off topic!) On the subject of the Heretic weapon change buttons could this be done? (This would be good on all your FPS ports) Cheers, Neil :)

    Scummvm 1.0.0

So far I've done these puzzles in this order: Cake puzzle Can puzzle Telescope puzzle Grate Puzzle Crypt puzzle Spider puzzle (I'm on this one now) I've had no problems so far (apart from the one's I've already mentioned) and I've also got the CD audio music (for the introduction & end credits)...

    Scummvm 1.0.0

I think it's to do with the scaling on the games. I think the game screen has been scaled down to fit the Wiz screen, but the cursors haven't been scaled properly. Because I've noticed on The 7th Guest the triangular cursor (on the menu screens) needs to be over the top rather than pointing at...

    Touch Screen Sdl 1.3

Is this why we've got some sort of touchscreen support on some of your ports Pickle? Thanks, Neil

    Lemonboy2X Updated

On the subject of palettes & different systems, this got me thinking, could this function be added (as on the original hardware)? (This was sort of copied from Wikipedia!) When playing an original Game Boy game on a colour system, the user can choose which color palette is used. This is...

Mame Games Using 4 Cardinal Directions?

SF2 doesn't play that well due to the dodgy diagonals on the Dpad, and if you press both the L & R buttons together it pauses the game! (Hopefully the pause/back to menu buttons will be moved away from these buttons when we get an update e.g. Vol- & Vol + as the NES & SNES emulators) The only...

    Lemonboy2X Updated

Excellent news! Does this mean overclocking will be available in the new version? Will the Colour Gameboy/Gameboy Advance/Super Gameboy/Super Gameboy 2 option ever be usable? (If not could the GBA/Super Gameboy/SGB border options be removed?) Cheers, Neil

    Scummvm 1.0.0

I haven't had chance to play it for long, but everything seems to run perfectly. Apart from the mouse leaving a trail and occasionally a diagonal tear across the menu screens. If you want to give it a go you will need these files from your Broken Sword CDs (Put all these files/folders and the...

    Scummvm 1.0.0

I tried it on the beta version with limited success: I'll have to clear some space on my SD cards and give it another go. Does the mouse still leave a trail as I mentioned above? (It still does in Broken Sword 1) Cheers, Neil :) Edit: I just put the game back on my Wiz, everythings a bit...

    Lemonboy2X Updated

I just tried the double interpolation mode on the old vsync version, it looks nice but it doesn't fit in the screen as there's black bars on the top and bottom. A Scale2X deformed interpolation would be nice. (If it could be done) Thanks for your promise to fix the volume bar problem and can...

    Lemonboy2X Updated

I agree with Rivroner, I prefer the interpolation setting out of all the display options, but could a frame be used on this setting as on the normal setting? Different settings for .gb & .gbc roms would be nice also (eg. the Game Boy Colour frame for .gbc roms & the B & W Game Boy frame for .gb...

    Scummvm 1.0.0

I just dug out my Broken Sword 1 CD and ripped the relevent files and downloaded the cutscenes pack from the ScummVM downloads page, it all seems to be running fine apart from the cursor leaving a trail, is there anyway of fixing this? (Or is it the sprite shearing bug due to downscaling...

How To Get Wiz Shortcut To Emu's To Work

I always use Notepad++, the easiest way is to keep an .ini file on your PC then just edit this one everytime you need to make one, then copy it over to the 'game' folder of your SD card. There's quite a good guide here: http://www.gp2xwiz.co.uk/wiki/Creating_A_Shortcut_In_The_Wiz_Games_Menu Let...

    Compiling Lemonboy2X

I see the new version is up on the archive here: http://dl.openhandhelds.org/cgi-bin/wiz.cgi?0,0,0,0,71,134 The sound is now perfect on the few games I've tried. The only problems I've noticed is the volume control bar problem (from the post above) and the screen tearing. Brilliant job on the...

Need To Restore 1.1.0 Firmware On Wiz, But Stuck @ "gph" Lgoo

Sorry, how I read it you were holding down the R button down while turning it off. The only other thing I can think of is to delete the 6 files, redownload them, unzip them to the SD card and try again. (I've had to redownload things from the archive, because they don't work the first time???)...

Need To Restore 1.1.0 Firmware On Wiz, But Stuck @ "gph" Lgoo

Hold down the right shoulder button when you turn the Wiz ON, you should get the Firmware Upgrage (that says it all!) screen pop up, it takes about 15 minutes to update. Cheers, Neil

    Engines For Heretic/hexen/hexen2

Oh yeah, I've never noticed that before. You don't get any response from it in the keyboard settings screen, could this be fixed? Cheers, Neil Also you can't map L or R in Wolfenstein either, as the inputs come up as left & right. (The same as the Dpad's left & right) Could this one be fixed...
