Hi all !
I've been fiddling yesterday with my brand new 2x and porting some of the piggy code. Unfortunately, I seem to have run into an issue with the arm-linux-g++ compiler under windows. I've boiled down the problem to a minimal set of code available here:
demo.rar
It is basically the demo...
I know it does all I need. providing a stereo DAC. LGPT does all the mixing internally so it is going to be rather easy if the API is there. 'Torpor' Jay told me it was there so everything should be right as rain.
I ordered my 2x and the sources of littlegptracker are pretty modular. I use SDL for the display of the windows version so basically all I need to get the basic stuff working is access to the sound device which, apparently, is going to be pretty easy. I'd say in a month or so it should be available.
Today I've released V0.30a of LittleGPTracker, a sample/midi tracker based on LittleSoundDJ available both for GP32 & Windows. This version is the first to make it public/donationware. U can visit the home page & download it from there.
There's a yahoo mailing list if u feel like sharing your...
Haha.. u lill spoiled brat. My futjitsu is about 5 yrs old, runs on a celeron @ 450Mhz & has 128Mb of memory.. it just runs WIN98SE but is perfect for transportation purposes. Sits nicely on my laps.
This has been poo'sted already in a GP2x thread but I thought it was a huge news and deserved a topic on it"s own :)
Starpause just successfully built the serial interface that allows LittleGPTracker to output MIDI !!!
Yeah boys, this is the best news I've heard in a long time :)

Mr. Mirko's routine can't detect all units. Some blu are seen as blu+
To workaround, press left shoulder when game starts to force blu mode or the right one to force blu+
I'll be continuing devving for the GP32 mainly in a first instance.. there's soo much to be added I don't wanna get distracted by just the kick of running on a newest platform.. plus I think it is not very nice for the people that bought a GP32 just for running the piggy. I'd say I'll port it to...
I finally managed to get everything working by:
+> Compiling everything with the latest g++ ; but ;
+> Using the old headers
+> Doing the linking stage with the old structure
'ts kind-o-repelling-method but I had a bit of code that caused the old g++ to get an internal error so I sort of had...
Hi guys,
I'm in trouble and I don't understand what happens. I use to work with a packaged version of the arm-stuff & MrMirko's sdk.. everything was fine and I was pretty happy. Now, I thought I would be a good boy and upgrade to the latest version of devkitpro and I can't get it to work...
Way to go squidge !
I find it a little disturbing to see the effort of talented peepz being split on two different SDK's. Wouldn't it be better sharing findings and go together in building one ?
Very exciting news anyway !
