    Gba Micro

I picked up a Micro after the Holidays at a local Walmart for $49USD. I couldn't be happier. I keep a flash cart in it with around 400 NES games, 20 SMS games, and about 6 e-books. The size of the thing amazes me. It is a great little thing to have in your pocket. :)

    Vista

You are Fortunate! I rarely find anyone as knowledgeable as your Dad. Maybe it is because I live in Kentucky! In my workplace I can only find 3 other people, other than the IT guy, that I can talk intelligently about computers. And that is out of several hundred people! None of the people that...

    Vista

I totally agree with you. Most people that go out and buy a computer, or use it on their job, don't even know what an Operating System is. They are just totally unaware that there can be a choice. They basically approach and use a computer just as one would set down and use a TV. They see...

    Cps2emu Test Version 4

When you unzip version 4, look for the file called "romcnv." Use it like you did to make your first caches from the roms. You will need to delete all of those old caches.

I think the scaling is good too. I am having way too much fun with this. :D I have got to go to bed and get some sleep. <_< The games are playing great now. It just keeps getting better and better. I had a little trouble at first, then it hit me, well duh, I've got to re-cashe...

The Most Horrible Games Of All Time!

I guess the saying “one mans trash is another mans treasure” really is true. I really like “Project Justice.” I really got into it when I first got it for the Dreamcast. (I got my Dreamcast when it first came out) Still pull it out and play it occasionally. Of course I like some of the weird...

    Vista

I don't know what percentage I am in. I haven't used Windows for five or more years now. :) Been using SuSE Linux. I have been using Windows at work. It is the only time that I expose myself to it. Sooner or later I am sure they will upgrade to Vista. If I had to go to a proprietary OS I would...

    Cps2emu Test Version 3

Just decided to try this today. I was trying to wait until an almost final release, but I couldn't wait. I got, X-men COTA Progear 19XX Dimahoo Alien vs Predator working. Work on the emu seems to be going rather nice. Can't wait for it to get better. This and my Neo Geo on my GP2X is retro...

    Peoples Heights

5' 7.5" And I might as well admit it, I'll be 52 next month. I am close to the age when you begin to get shorter. You begin to shrivel up and bend over as you walk. Then you advance to that magic age when you drag yourself around with one arm. :) The hair on the top of my head is beginning to...

    Anyone Got A Ps3 Yet ?

After the Christmas rush and after post Christmas sales, there are still PS3s available locally. They don't seem to be selling that well in my area. :o The only things on the shelves right now are PSPs, PS3s, X box 360s, Game Cubes, and Gameboy Micros. I picked up a Micro. :)

    Vg Pocket Caplet

Just a little something I found out last night. I wanted to see what the games on the Caplet looked like on my TV. I did not want to spend the money on the pack that included the case and TV out cable. I have the VG Pocket Max and VG Pocket 50, they both came with a cable for TV hook up. Same...

    Sega Emulator

My Space Harrier 2 works. I don't have the oher two games you mentioned loaded on my SDs. It might be the rom dumps you have. edit: Just loaded up Super Thunderblade and Faery Tale. I find that they both work OK. I am using PicoDrive to run my Sega Games. You might try different rom...

How Do I Enable Sound In Gngeo?

I also use Rage2X with gngeo. It is very good. chubakka3000 just needs to remember if he decides to use Rage2X, to use gngeo to dump the graphics before trying to open up a game in Rage2X. I didn't mention it before because it sounds like he is learning to use his GP2X. One step at a time. :)

    Max Overclock

MK2, I run mine at 266 but I have had it running at 270. I haven't tried it any higher than that. Batteries become an issue at that point. I really don't need it running any higher. :)

    Vg Pocket Caplet

My wife, knowing how I have a passion for hand held portables, gave me a “Caplet” for one of my Christmas presents. I have the VG Pocket Max and the VG Pocket 50. This new incarnation of their VG Pocket is a great improvement! It now has a pause enabled for some of the games, but still no game...

    Does Sd Card Speed Matter?

I purchased a "SimpleTech" 1 gig SD at Office Max for $13.99 USD as a Promo before Christmas. (Love those Promo sells :) ) It seems a lot faster than my "SanDisk" or "PNY" 1 gig SD cards and has become my Neo Geo game SD card of choice. But the Neo Geo games were "OK" on the other cards and...

    Did I Get A Doa Gp2x?

Try "PicoDrive" for some Sega Genesis/Mega Drive emulation. This could be a good starting point. Also the latest squidgesnes 0.392 for some SNES goodness. I don't know how experienced you are at messing with emulators, but you get comfortable with that dive into GNgeo2X for some Neo Geo fun...
