I'll put up a video soon. No starfox at full speed yet(it is playable with sound though) but mario kart yoshi's island and a lot of others work great when overclocked. This is the best version yet. The author even compiled it for the wiz too.

This works perfect thanks to the joystick app. I am up and running. Is there any way to make it select player 1 joystick by default? I only have a single adapter. I tried saving the settings but they reset when I close out of the emulator and go back in.
I asked notaz about this as well and this is the response he gave me.
The menu uses SDL and that probably sets up TV output. Ginge itself doesn't use SDL as that would make it slow, and it also doesn't set up the TV out (as I don't know how it's to be done). Some research needs to be done about...

As soon as the ini was named to wnw it worked perfectly and shows up in the game folder
Whats weird is that I never thought to put ginge in the folder. If I do this from now on I wont have to edit the script to cd to the ginge directory Thanks! :)

Here is an example of an autorun.gpu I have that loads PicoDrive instead of the menu at boot.
