Thanks. I actually think about USB tethering. Motos have standard USB socket. Bluetooth will be nice, too. Well, I suppose I just have to wait ;)

Any idea whether Pandora (or Linux in general) will work with Motorola 3G phones? Already tried google many times, but it's confused by "Motorola" and only serves phones and nothing about compatibility with Linux.

the same applies to users of all languages based on latin alphabet. Which is why comma or parenthesis or other popular symbols should be accessible through at most one extra key press in any language. which supports craigx idea that regional keymats should be made available and does not rule...

are there? I have not noticed anyone. It is the people opposing the standard keyboard with regional characters, which is entirely different matter.

Standard keyboard : no diacritic characters at all, but pls include few more currency symbols than just $ Optional keymat : whatever you fancy, I won't buy one (because I am not used to non-English keyboards). I think you will be able to sell popular ones, e.g. apparently French and German are...

An Open Letter To The Openpandora Team

It seems very unlikely like you will have to pay for DejaVu Sans font - http://dejavu-fonts.org/wiki/index.php?title=License . It is also apparently preferred font by "community". Now, I shut up. And refuse to sign any further petitions or even take part in any polls on the subject.

DejaVu Sans (copy of Vera, Arial, Helvetica) is free http://dejavu-fonts.org/wiki/index.php?title=License . And non-controversial.

    Simple Keyboard Poll

Although I am among vocal opponents of diacritic characters on the keyboard, I do trust that the development team will eventually do the right thing. Which is why I voted (among the majority) that I am not concerned. That's my vote of trust. And even if, at first, they put some strange or funny...

    Keyboard Symbols Font

I think that you are actually right. Pease note there are relatively few votes for non-standard font family (top vote) . I think Commodore "it wasn't me" counts as non-standard.

Poll: Do You Like Keybord Font.

OK, but why put blue Tab symbol over space then? Use this location for something useful, like Compose or AltGr. Also, I see there is some free space left for currency symbols ...

    About ÆØÅ

I am among those requesting removal of all language-specific characters. They do not offend me, it's more aesthetic and usability issue (and yes, I do not buy nor use keyboard with diacritic characters of my own language, and there are quite a few). There is one group of special characters I'd...

Why don't just you use something like AltGr + a to do ä , i.e. two key presses, like everyone else?

Poll: Do You Like Keybord Font.

Big mistake, in my humble opinion - those keys will annoy all the rest of users, who have no use for them, and will never will. Pls somebody explain it to marketing drones. The only special characters which make sense are those for currencies, anything else can be mapped via composite / altgr...
