Gp2x Contest Winner! Wind & Water: Puzzle Battles By Yuan Work

VS mode may be played in a single GP2X like Rivroner said, as well as YuanHsi. GPH is probably not going to supply a network or wire link, but we have thought of using the Interface Board for those who have it, so that you can plug USB joysticks or a keyboard. It would be nice though if there...

Gp2x Contest Winner! Wind & Water: Puzzle Battles By Yuan Work

Thank you very much, whiskthecat, for your review :) It really helps for those who don't want to read too much. As for the community, we are very concerned about what GPH will do to sell the game outside Korea. If GPH does not sell the game worldwide, we will be selling the game for all...

Gp2x Contest Winner! Wind & Water: Puzzle Battles By Yuan Work

Thank you again. We still don't know the price range, but if it is a download-play, it will most likely be around US $10-$15, which in my opinion is very reasonable. We still haven't talked about making SD cards (which I would prefer) but we believe that keeping the price low is VERY important...

Gp2x Contest Winner! Wind & Water: Puzzle Battles By Yuan Work

Thank you, the SNES had its limitations, but the GP2X doesn't :D Yeah, the music was actually kind of temporary and taken from other of our games, since we needed to add music for the Contest build. It should be more hyper haha, we'll take that into account. In fact, while losing, the "OH NO...

Where Does The Money Come From

Yeah, I know that you are not hating the XGP, but keep in mind that investors were needed to make the GP32 too. Probably most XGP investors are there because they saw GP32 turned out to be quite good, selling 30'000 units, and expect even more :)

    Picodrive Vs Megadrive

Have you heart Picodrive in its fullest? It sounds EXCELLENT, I'm a SEGA music lover (Shinobi, Streets of Rage, Sonic, Super Hang On, MUSHA Aleste, etc) and I must say that this emulator's sound is near perfect (again, at max), not like any other sega emu out there.

Where Does The Money Come From

Jackd, you wrote: "but nobody would ever invest in a system with as unstable a future as this without seeing a finished product." That is CERTAINLY the mental idea you have of "the world", but there are many angel investors who are able to see a bright future, even if so unstable. TRUST ME...

How Many Gp2xs Have Been Sold?

Hmm... both ratios are the same (320/240 = 4/3 = 640/480), so it depends purely on the pixel size on the screen (such as the difference between GB Micro and GBA or GBA SP, which do have the same res). 320x240 is really enough, 640x480 = too much, better buying of a laptop and play those games...

How Many Gp2xs Have Been Sold?

Look what I found at: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/PlayStation_Portable A lesser rival is the GamePark 2X (having sold only 30,000 units as of May 2006): a Linux-based homebrew console by GamePark Holdings. However, I don't see a citation for that state, so I just marked it :D I too am...

    GP2X 2 Questions...

Hello. First, sometimes when I run my program in Windows, using the normal "RUN" (I am using the sdk provided in the gp2x.com page) the game has unexpected results (sometimes not drawing, etc.) and mostly it crashes. However, when I run in DEBUG mode, it has no problems whatsoever. Is there...
