There are so many new devices just flooding in with CES this year. I would just wait it out and save up if anyone was thinking about getting new devices. So far none of them have a control interface that comes close to the Pandora.
I'm using the SuperNES/DS layout and that's the bottom line for me.

We're still waiting on the OP team to release the Pandora toolchain, which their official sites says will be released along with other things. Yeah I'm basically waiting on this too. Would like to just code in Xcode and just compile easy, or have template etc... Don't like the idea of everything...
Process I use is primer, sand, primer, sand, primer, sand, paint, sand, paint, sand, paint, check if you need to repeat by looking for bumps, dust under the coat, quaking. Comes out like the texture on nice speaker equipment when done.
This is funny because I planned to do the opposite. I will tell people it has nudity, obscene language, and violent themes, and then disappoint them greatly when it doesn't. Somehow I think I'll get into more trouble.

I don't think ratings should ever be done without an in depth review so that people can read the points as a sort of Rosetta Stone between reader and reviewer.
Content ratings would really only apply to the app store. As an open console, you'll have all kinds of unrated apps coming in and out across other delivery systems. I think this really only pertains to official app store releases. Basically, they're just labels, you can't fault OP team any more...
If it's on the App Store, most it could have is boobs if I recall correctly. Other than that, if I'm the author of the game, it will have obscene language or sometimes suggestive cursing. There's your ESRB ratings.
If they're using the bandwidth available in newsgroups through partnerships with providers, that's a plus. 80ms is a 2 to 4 frame difference depending on whether you're playing at 30 to 60 fps respectively. If people can remote desktop at worse speeds, I can see people playing games alright. If...
