I'll let you know when my indigogo one arrives as they're supposed to go out before the retail ones. With the problems I've had with packages in the past I wouldn't be surprised if you got yours first.
As for an ETA ED would know better than I.
I'm aware of that in the video game world where Nintendo/Sony/MS take a cut from the game sales or charge for access to a dev box to even make the games. If it's a semi open system (like android) they can't do that as easily but of the three only Sony makes android devices and even they have...
I found a different report from last month. They admit they ignore development and marketing costs.

I could easily see the pre-order down payment being the final price IF it was Nintendo or Samsung or similar selling them in the millions. However they wouldn't use real Linux and would be trying to make more money selling a SDK to developersand take a cut from every game/program sale.

"Leaks" claim that the lowest power zen chip will be 5 Watts but there's no way to know if the leak is real and if it is it's unlikely that 5W is what the Zen APU will actually sit at as many of AMDs and Intels chips actually run well over their listed TPD under even light load.

I never needed to rotate the screen so never tried and it's a VHS sized desktop so no battery info and...
I have Linux running just fine on a BayTrail computer. I'm using it as a small headless server but it was at one time being used for a basic internet box for my niece. I did test Xcom on it and other than poor FPS ran fine.
Admittedly I had to manually set it to BIOS legacy boot as it wouldn't...
The Win was going to use a 8500 witch likely wouldn't have needed the active cooling. Whatever is the 8350 equivalent in 2-3 years would be a good candidate for a x86 CPU upgrade. At that point there will hopefully be a good RISC based SOC to use instead.
There's also a reflection of 46 and 3.2 in there but it looks like one of the 900 pixel tall images unless there was a cancellation and it was 901 at the time of posting.
In the collage I went to they auto fail any paper that references wikipedia in any way even after an independent study showed it was as accurate as the encyclopedia Britannica.
I gave up on getting all the achievements in Dark Souls when I got all the weapons and it failed to trigger.
I gave up on a few games that were just bad. Not hard but not fun to play.
