He just states "for GPL enquiries please email to developer". If someone would contact him is he allowed to hold back his frontend work (and anything else required to build this for Android)?
I also use other people's code (just added some Pandora-specific features and the gfx positioning). Bernd Schmidt, Toni Wilen, the anonymous engineer and some others did most of the work. I don't think anyone should earn cash for their work.
Surely it's possible. Don't know if I can do it though. Also I'm somewhat discouraged to continue working on this seeing someone else making nice profit by it on Android.
I think it'll reach 50fps without frameskip and clear sound like our uae4all. Only with less features atm.
Jimmy White's Whirlwind Snooker now also works - seems like every OCS game works with WHDLoad (Lionheart sadly with severe gfx errors though).
Real money poker on Pandora:
bwin android poker app works flawlessly (old 256 Pandora @800MHz).
Only available as .apk (but free) under: wap.bwin.com/androidpoker
Found out that when I changed the controls in May to make uae4all work in SuperZaxxon I "implemented" that joystick-input and firebuttons were emitted simultaneously for player 1 and 2. Since I didn't test 2-player games I hadn't noticed that.
Now I saw in Banshee you control two planes and in...
You were right - the structure M68K_CONTEXT has changed:
So 7 new variables and 1 old changed its name. That explains why with uae4all 2.0 created savestates load in uae4all 1.x.
I'll try to handle the new registers as well.
Good. If cou now create new config files they will work with both old and new uae4all versions in this current release.
On restoring the called functions in fame.cpp might do something differently than before. That's something I haven't really checked yet.
The sources for joystick-input are weird (od-joy.cpp). I don't know how to "force" input for player 2.
But I think somehow it inherently already supports 2 joysticks. You could just try to add 2 pads via USB-hub and try to get them to work in our Linux. Then maybe they also work right away in...
I don't know if the HD dir has faster access - but it's definitely more handy, because you can just add/remove WHDLoad games to/from your SD card and you have as much space as your SD card offers.
The WHDLoad version of Roadkill seems to work fine - until you're in a race. Accelerating doesn't...
Neither of those.
But I want to add the old A500 cycle-exact mode so we can play Wings and It Came from the Desert (and a few other titles) at the correct speed. I'd then add this mode to the old UAE4All, too - so you can use savestates...
Then I'll try to add hires-mode(s) to UAE4All 2.0...
New version up:
http://repo.openpandora.org/?page=detail&app=uae4all
Changes:
- updated documentation (thx @tuki_cat)
- added "unset DISPLAY;" before changing cpu speed (advice from notaz)
- keys 1-4 are shortcuts now in main menu to insert floppies into DF0:-DF3:
- added old UAE4All...
Thanks again.
Not enough - saving works, but restoring only results in a garbled screen: http://boards.openpandora.org/index.php?/topic/8676-uae4all-20/page__st__120#entry159163
In uae4all 2.0 saved states load fine in uae4all 1...
