Would You Want A Painted Pandora?

I havn't been here long, but I have already learned that 3 days does not mean the same thing to OPT as it does to me :)

    New Blog Post!

It can be used as a cheap tint, but it doesn't need to be, it's also good for cheap water proofing, cheap durability, flexibility, cheap opacity (so less paint goes further). Good for all sorts of stuff! To bad it's illegal.

    New Blog Post!

I really liked the tinymenu plugin on tiny screened / lower res devices as it lets you have all but one line of screen real estate available for content. I'm hoping there is something similar on whatever browser we end up with. Edit: Should have said whatever browser ends up running well, as...

Hands Up If You Are A Developer And Don't Care About Paint.

I'm a developer and I don't want paint (and the old cases seemed to work fine) But, I understand if the OPT wants to wait for paint to get a better image of their product out there or whatever..

Have You Ever Contributed In Free Software Development?

The GNU OS is different, they are still working on it, Linux is more like a fork. Someone (or a bunch of people) used what they had done (since it was supposed to be free), gave credit for what they used, added a whole bunch of stuff and gave it a new name. Isn't there a thread for this? :)

Technically I have my own software project, and it is GPL, but I think it only has 2 users :)

    Linux: What`s yours called

I have read FSF articles before (and linux users bashing windows never surprises me), I even write GPL software, but that GNU/Linux one still took me by surprise. He really should redo that article.. It comes across really badly I think.

    Linux: What`s yours called

Sheesh, I was curious where this GNU/Linux thing originates and I came across this: http://www.gnu.org/gnu/gnu-linux-faq.html Is it just me, or does he not come across very well at all in this article?

    Linux: What`s yours called

A bunch of the O.S. is likely neither GNU software nor part of Linux though.

    Linux: What`s yours called

Yeah, I would say X is a good chunk of the OS too (if you use it). Anything that interfaces with the hardware is basically part of the operating system if you ask me. The O.S. is basically modular. Edit: Since the kernel is usually the lowest common denominator, it serves as a nice reference...

Discuss The Quotes Thread For The Blog

Yes, but unfortunately the compilations only have the games that are playable without the keypad, which isn't a very good sampling imho.
