How to calculate a price for the Pyra

So, did someone who tried your Pandora think it was worth the price? I mean if no one though it was worth it you could claim there's no market for Pandora/Pyra. But if even one person in a thousand thinks Pandora is worth the price and ED can sell Pyras to even 1% of those people then that...

    Alternatives to the pyra?

Yep, that keyboard looks quite cramped.

    How to send/receive SMS?

http://www.freedesktop.org/wiki/Software/ModemManager/ Think it has all the low level stuff we need. Only matter of making a pretty GUI interface on top. It has a CLI interface: https://sigquit.wordpress.com/2012/09/14/sms-goodies-in-modemmanager/

    glshim

I tested xeyes from Exagear and it works. And from outside Exagear running PNDs from command line or normal Xfce apps also works. I tried writing a small EGL program: http://sprunge.us/aIBC But I get this output when I compile/run it: http://sprunge.us/gEHf Then again maybe I did...

    glshim

Yes, I built them both on Pandora itself. The x86 libGL.so.1 I built from Exagear (after installing build-essentials and cmake) and the ARM libgl_remote I built using codeblocks.pnd environment. I cloned unstable branch from github repo: http://sprunge.us/DbhJ For me running without...

A bug, booting up and a huge forum migration

The internal NAND/eMMC chip shares the same interface with the internal SD card slot (if SD card is in internal slot, then eMMC chip will remain unused). It can either be "3 SD card slots" or "1 eMMC and 2 SD slots".

    glshim

Similar issue with glxgears inside Exagear: http://sprunge.us/DfSR I'm currently running on SuperSaxxon OS, so I'm not sure how to get glxgears running on it. -_-

    glshim

I'm trying to run ShovelKnight using exagear and glshim on a Ghz Pandora. I got to the point where the program tries to display something for a split second and then crashes. You can see the output from it here: http://sprunge.us/DgHh The "keyboard layout unknown" issue I know how to fix...

Linx Vision 8" Windows 10 Tablet With Gaming Controls

Can't you configure Steam Library folders in settings? At least I could on Linux Steam, I set the Steam Library folder to a big secondary partition to avoid filling the OS partition.

    XRX X11 web plugin?

Uhm, GNU Screen? Unless you mean something running on a GUI, but for command line stuff a GNU Screen session running on the server side should be enough I think.

Maybe in some alternate universe there's a Linux kernel based Windows?

    My little Linux adventure...

Linux has this neat thing called Logical Volume Manager (LVM). It allows to (amongst other things) to easily reassign HDD space between different partitions (Logical Volumes in LVM terminology). So you could add/remove/resize partitions as required without having to use a partition manager.

    XRX X11 web plugin?

Not quite the same, but you could use VNC instead.

    My little Linux adventure...

One thing about Linux and specially command line: You will find solutions to problems far more easily than with Windows. If you do a command and get a completely esoteric error message, then copy that esoteric message into google and almost for sure you'll find something helpful. That's...

Possible to install the Pandora/Pyra OS on ARM-based Android phone?

If you want Linux on your Android device, then run Linux in a chroot. It only requires your device to be rooted and it doesn't touch the Android install, meaning you can always go back and still have a functional device...

Possible to install the Pandora/Pyra OS on ARM-based Android phone?

Uhm, have you any experience flashing custom Android OS firmware on your phone? You should at least be able to do that before thinking of replacing the OS by a completely different one (it's not nearly as easy as it is on x86 hardware).
