Clockspeed does not directly equal computational throughput. Truthfully the Pandora is far more powerful than the Wiz/Caanoo but that doesn't mean the Wiz/Caanoo are bad. It just means they aren't the Pandora.
So blatantly Bath which is of course the GP32x hub of the world....

Whether a language is compiled or interpreted doesn't really affect its usability on other platforms. It just decides whether a compiler or an interpreter needs to be ported to target that platform :P.
