No, windows games run fine.
Steam has a compatibility/translation layer called Proton to play windows games under Linux.
I have been using it for quite a while now on my Linux desktop and it plays virtually any windows game I throw at it.
Maybe a daemon that detects key presses to temporarily light the keyboard would be a nice feature.
With nice fade curves of course, fast in, slow out (after no key for 15 sec or so) :cool:
I should really dedicate time to learning how to script this kind of stuff... So much to do, see...
The shoe maker has made a plastic shrink-wrap mold of my Pyra and my GPD MicroPC (I want a holster for that too).
He did say that it is going to be more expensive than the last time but couldn't give me a quote yet... fingers crossed.

Setting the Earphone and headset volumes low, enables me to max out the master volume with the wheel to 100 without the speaker distortion. I just don't like the fade curve as the audio only becomes audible half way the wheel range..
As a side note; the speaker distortion is something else than...
I haven't had them in a while now, in Alsamixer I have set Earphone and Headset output of the Letux Cortex 15 soundcard at level 45, maybe that has something to do with it?
My Pyra won't charge over 85% with a 3A charger and an expensive thick, short micro usb cable. My guess is the calibration is off?
And indeed the pyra does not boot with an unbootable new, repartitioned to ext4 SD card.

Is there a drawer function in the xfce terminal that can show and hide the window with a single button press? I really like the convenience and slickness of the guake terminal in that regard, I won't have to alt tab between windows or anything with that.
