With floating I mean like the Pandora and the PSP, they have more of a disc compared to a stick, which makes it feel more floating. The PSP and Xbox controller feel like you put the stick at an angle which provides some resistance. The Vita has tiny sticks, they are comfortable and smooth on...

I know they are different parts from the OLED model, but do they actually feel very different? I only have the OLED model and I always found them to be a bit floating like the Pandora controls. But I also enjoy playing on the Vita so I guess I don't mind them when playing.

If you're already at it, I wouldn't mind knowing how to get the game.

Space Trader: Merchant Marine's for OpenPandora/Pyra and Linux x86-64

I haven't looked into the source yet. Maybe ioquake3 can be a base for porting parts of the game. The game is a Win/Unix native game for x86, so asm should be ignored. And I guess tools like Fex won't work yet for the Pyra. So if our serial porters want to pick it up I can always donate another...

I think if you have Spotify they also now provide audiobooks, just in case you already have Spotify but only use it for music. I do have to say that I cannot pay the same amount of attention to a book while driving compared to 100% reading a book in a chair. But that's probably also why I cannot...

We'll see how it develops. I think at least Trump will state that this is how you perform a 'special military operation'.

The Game.Com (very successful competitor to the Gameboy from Nintendo...) apparently has a leaked unreleased version of Symphony of the Night's. I have one of these handhelds (the classic model) and while I did enjoy some games all games pretty much perform poorly. Like they have traded a decent...

I agree, but you'll always have this problem when you have low volume open-source hardware compared to high volume commercial products. Especially for a niche product. It would have been nice if open-source products would be cheaper so most people would also have a monetary incentive to purchase...

    E-ink Screen

I think people are used to reading a book which has two visible pages. There is no need for 2 screens as you can show the full book on a single screen, so we usually get 1 screen e-readers. And you can close the e-reader so the screens are protected. With the ESP32 you could probably run some...

Should I have received my final order eMail already?

Well, it's a real concern. But cheaper handhelds existed when the Pandora was introduced and the same for the Pyra. The unique part of both is still the small sized open-source handheld featuring the keyboard part, like a mini-laptop, but also featuring gaming controls. For sure the snail-paced...

If you have a cheap breadboard it might be causing problems as they might not connect to the pins of your components, so you wonder if you need to purchase the real $10 ones instead. Or, you purchase this one instead: https://www.crowdsupply.com/architeuthis-flux/jumperless-v5 It's a bit more...

Should I get a GP32 in 2023, and what programs do you recommend for me to try on it?

You can check if you have set the output sample rate to 22050Hz. If you have 44Hz it might mess it up.
