    GPD Pocket

While this would be handy for people who want to type on the go with a desk, like on an airplane or train, or something like that, I still want to see a better clamshell device with integrated hardware keyboard. The Pandora/Pyra is the best device of its form factor with its functions and...

    Port Requests

Could we get a port of Radegast (Text-mode Second Life Client)? Source is available here: https://bitbucket.org/radegastdev/radegast/downloads/radegast-2.18-src.zip It uses Mono libs on Linux. It can run somewhat under the Mono PND, but it's not very graceful. A Prepackaged PND for Radegast...

What will a Pyra be able to do that the OpenPandora can't do now?

Out of curiosity, could there ever be a possibility of an x64 CPU, like something Cherry Trail perhaps?

    Release Vice C64 Emulator 2.3.23

Was there ever a resolution as to why we cannot type numbers in the configuration menu? I can't set a custom resolution if I can't type numbers.

    Release Blender

Love the idea of Blender on the go! Wondering if you've ever gotten around to fiddling with an updated version. I've got a Rebirth with Firmware 1.9.7.3 R1.73, with the 4.10 SGX driver. Other than the UI artifacts as expected, I notice when I try going into user preferences, the font gets...

How to install Android on your Pandora

If you're having trouble with Gapps not working, try this version: http://www.mediafire.com/?xc58i1tr118qbdn Unzipped this one, stuck the System Folder in like we did with the old one and boom, seems to work perfectly fine. Worth a try if you're fiddling with Pandora Android and getting...

    Release Gamestreamer(VirtualGL)

Hmm. I have FreeSSHd installed, and I downloaded the VirtualGL-Utils for Windows (Also got the 2.3.3 Exceed -and- also grabbed the x64 version from the actual 2.3.3 version as well just in case), and while I can connect to my Windows 7 desktop, if I try running anything, I get: Warning...

What Stuff are you going to use with the Pyra?

I'm planning to use it for emulation, RDP (Remmina or equivalent), Steam if it ever gets working! Maybe a Second Life client if the  Linux version is compatible, docs on the go, I use my Pandy for much of these things, though I spend a lot of time in Remmina on my console PC to run Windows apps...

Notaz, you're awesome! Thanks so much!

    Release Diablo

Fantastic update! The screen stretching makes a -huge- difference! I haven't really noticed any of the bugs so far, except for the cursor occasinally jumping random places on rare occasion, but it's a very happy update! Looking forward to Starcraft being updated as well if that's next, it would...

    Pandora nub problems

I wonder if any hardware modders have taken a look into possibly after-market mods for the nubs?

    SuperZaxxon v1.72-RC

Full flash and reinstall of OpenBox fixed it. I believe Notaz recommended a full flash anyway, so... win!

    SuperZaxxon v1.72-RC

Hmm. I did the update via System Update, and now my Pandora key doesn't work anymore, instead it just kills Conky. I'm using the OpenBox WM. Going to try a fullflash and see what that does.

    Heat

Removal of the battery would defeat the purpose of being portable and handheld I would think! http://www.alibaba.com/product-detail/Laptop-internal-cooling-fan-For-ASUS_60087734834.html  Part number: KSB0405HB is the same fan that's inside the nVidia Shield handheld and a lot of Asus EEEPC's, if...

    Heat

I do, but the thing is, that as it'd just be a modification of the lower case design, it'd have next to no impact on the rest of the Pyra itself, just the plastic part of the casing that could be redesigned at any time and submitted for production. No modification of the PCB would be needed...

    Heat

I'd suggest just a slightly different lower case design, perhaps something with a bit of contour to make it easier for the hands to hold but at the same time, providing a little bit of room for a small fan to promote airflow, sort of like how the nVidia Shield Handheld does it.
