Based on what I was seeing, it all happens inside the modem. The signaling and such is supposed to be automatic, the modem is told by the carrier what modes to be in and such. At least that's what I've gathered by reading about it.
I just wanted to make a thread about upgrading the modem firmware, so if anyone finds any information about that it can be in one place. It looks like it might be difficult to get the Pyra's modem to support VoLTE, which could make it not usable on US networks next year.
I was just going to ask @aTc about it. Also I/O accounting support would be nice, so we can see what processes are writing what where. The Pyra has a pretty big internal storage, so it's probably not necessary to slim the kernel that much, right? Or is there some other reason?
If possible, please try to keep Pyra specific stuff desktop environment agnostic. I really like using i3 and I don't want to have a less functional Pyra because of that.
Is there a manpage for this? I want to use it to stream Steam games from my PC, but I don't know how I would add steam and all its dependencies. Do I need a chroot? Apologies if this is written somewhere, I checked the github page but didn't see any actual manual.
