If you want to play the full talkie mode you can forget about it. It runs but the speech is so out of sync it drives you mad. Hopefully this will be fixed in future versions. From what I have the discovered the only LucasArts games I can get running satisfying at the moment are Monkey island 1...
Hurray!!!!!!!!! :D
I got it to work!!!!
The sound was insync when I changed the audio settings from "Full processing mode" to "Direct Stream Copy"
Jippie!!!!!!
Okay that fixed the error but only in the same way as if I would have set the Error mode to "Conceal errors".
The sound is still horrobly out of sync in the end of the avi :(
I "acquired" the avi file.
I think I have all the proper codecs installed, the original file plays more the fine without any jerky sounds or anything. I can manage to get past the error and re encode the complete file if I change the error config in Virtualdub but then I also end up with a avi...
I'm using this tutorial -> http://www.entware.com/joygp/etc/etc_FAQ_0...l=0&chk=&direc=
I've also tried this one -> http://207.44.176.77/~admin28/gp32emu/faq/moviepark.htm
I'm using a standard divx avi file.
I get this error when trying to decode a movie using VirtualDub.
Error decompressing video frame 75197
An unknown error occurred (may be corrupt data).
(error code -100)
The video frame number varies depeding on how long the movie is.
Please help me.
Thanks.
