There was some talk on the older forums of preordering through NCIX or some other canadian retailer. But I guess that is not happening. Would have been ultra convenient though with no uncertainty about postal service or customs.
Why sell it on SD cards? You can probably just sell a download online. That way people dont incur additional cost of an SD card as well as shipping charges.
Its not like u will make a million copies and sell on store shelves.
