Ok its fixed now, was an issue with a change in the behaviour of creating arrays in php 7.1 (I think @EvilDragon must have upgraded the servers...
looking at the json master list it all looks like the json is valid
If there was no pxml appended to the pnd then the repository upload wouldn't have even succeeded, also the repository does validation on the pxml...
This is true, I guess it's because you were pretty instrumental in the reARMed fork that u might have had some personal opinion / insight on how...

I've been using windows 10 since day 1 and I haven't had any issues, I also think it's an excellent OS for Devs especially with linux subsystem...
Doesn't that go against the idea of having dependant packages?
Don't know if it's already been answered but what if you have an app that depends on a older version of an engine? Mono or java or some game...
