    Piracy Eithics

JDUK, I have yet to encounter a retailer here in the states that will issue a refund for software, whether it be for the computer or a gaming console unless the software is defective If someone here in wonderful armpit of the world Michigan :D knows of one that WILL give a full refund, I will...

    Piracy Eithics

WOW, what a lively debate!! So the question is whether or not "piracy" is right or wrong. I think it's both. For a number of different reasons. I agree whole heartedly that companies spend thousands (sometimes millions) producing games for different consoles. They must also pay the...

    weird snes prob.

Which SNES emulator are you running? The reason I ask is because there are two that I know of, and each requires you to place roms in different folder locations of your SMC card. SNES wants you to put them on the \GPMM\SNES folder. SNES9XGP wants you to put them in the \GPMM\ folder. I was...

    What about a comic viewer?

I would have thought so too, but I had one image, over 300 k, that wouldn't load.

    What about a comic viewer?

"Get photoshop and create a script to automatically open, resize, and save images. Its not that hard" Already did that with ThumbsPlus. Not too difficult now. Just point and click. Just a little time consuming

    What about a comic viewer?

"if its just jpeg, why dont you simply unzip the files into a directory on your gp32 and read them using GPFM? " Because some of the pages/files, once unzipped, are VERY large. As a result, the jpg viewers currently available have a REALLY hard time reading them.

    What about a comic viewer?

I, personally, would LOVE to see a comic reader for the GP32!! I've been converting the individual page files to an 800 length resolution, creating a file roughly 70-100 kbs in size per page. So each issue takes roughly 2-3 megs on a 128 meg card. I can still hold almost 50 issues, it's just...

    SNES9Xgp v0.95b Released

Duh!! I guess it helps to read the README file. I guess all of the roms need to be put in the GPMM folder. <sigh>

    SNES9Xgp v0.95b Released

I don't know if anyone else has this problem, but when I start the program, I get to the menu allowing me to select which folder my roms are in (which is labeled SNES). Once I select that folder, my unit freezes. :( I've already changed out the batteries, so I know that's not the problem...

    Can't get Castaway to work

OK, I know I'm doing something wrong, but I can't quite get Castaway to work. I'm using the multifirmware. I've downloaded ver .007, installed it in the GPMM folder, set up the ATARIST folder which currently contains TOS.IMG, cartridg.img, and an .ST file that I renamed to .STT. All I get...

    Wind-up Firmware question

Thank You, I'll check it out. Oh, and I checked the zip file for the multi-firmware, and the only thing in it was the fw.bin file. There wasn't a readme

    Wind-up Firmware question

This is probably the second time I'm posting this, but please bear with me ok, I tried upgrading my firmware to Wind-ups, and everything went smoothly. I also selected Wind-ups as my default launcher. But what I found was that Wind-ups can't launch my non-emulator games (I have Dungeon and...
